I BOUGHT 15 JACOB & CO WATCHES!!! 

I went to this store last November. I’m a 25 year old college student who obviously couldn’t afford anything inside the store. However, Craig still showed me around the whole store and explained the details in regard to every watch. Says a lot about him and is a great representation of the company and brand.

I love the relationship between Michael and Adam. It's like even when MIchaels infront of all these extremely wealthy and powerful CEOs like Jacob, he treats Adam on the same level, always asking him for his opinions, etc.

When Jacob agreed to give a discount to anyone calling in, I got so excited, for about 3 seconds, until I remembered I'm watching this 3 years later. Damn.

Just love how humble Jacob is, despite the level of life he achieved. Always saying please and thank you to his assistant. Says volumes about a man.

My dad was a big collector of watches and I remember how much he loved watches to the extent that he opened up the first Rolex in Singapore with another good friend as a hobby. After a series of unfortunate events, my dad lost all his fortune and he passed away 3 years ago. If my dad was still alive, I would work towards buying him a beautiful watch. I see the excitement in Michael's eyes when he sees watches... the same look my dad has when he sees a whole shop of different watches. He would figure out every part of the watch and would even stay for hours in the shop. Thank you, Michael for such light-hearted and good content. Although you are extremely wealthy, you are so humble and such fun to watch. Whenever I watch your channel, you remind me a lot of my father and I felt like a part of him live on. I like the way that adam gets involved and isnt just muted behind the camera. Its much better to see a discussion about the watches rather than just a lone opinion.

yeah, price hounding was uncomfortable, but the thing about high luxury goods is that markup is usually exorbitant and I'm sure Michael has gotten used to how you have to be in that market to avoid getting ripped off.
