Hope...if you ever do this again, and HopeScopers who have old costumes around...please 🙏 consider donating the costumes to a children's hospital! I have been a pediatric nurse for 20 years, we collect donated costumes every year and give them to kids that are stuck in the hospital for Halloween. on the big day, we reverse Trick-or-Treat, staff and volunteers go to each patient's room to give them candy and small gifts!! it's amazing to see their little faces light up when they still get treats on Halloween ❤

I work in a warehouse for a couple years. Those boxes are original manufacturer shipping boxes. Looks like they had overstock that never made it to store. This was definitely worth the money.

In my town there was a costume drive where people donated costumes and kids who needed costumes but couldn't afford them could come and pick one out, it was set up like a boutique and was such a sweet idea, you guys should do something like that with these costumes

Nah, I'm from Finland aka I'm European so for me halloween isn't something that I would care about (since its just a commercial style of thing from the US). We did have some halloween parties when I was a kid/teen but since I'm not into spooky/horror things in general, the whole halloween thing isn't for me. Christmas however is my jam and I cannot wait for that to come. @@BananaBeanie

I am so upset BC I live in NZ and I stayed up all night to get some like the baby olof one for my neice and matching for me even tho Ik it would not come in time for Helloween but I just thought that it would be cool BC I can't afford eny of your merch I am very very sick but I stayed up all night and then at 1 am I saw it had 23hours left so I went to sleep and woke up and checked the website and there was nothing so yah I'm quite upset with that

It doesn’t really matter what time zone since there was a countdown. The sale went up way before the countdown was over. Atleast two hours early. Im super frustrated because I had timers going for days to make sure I didn’t miss it.

My little girls and I love watching your videos. Today we were excited to hopefully try to get a costume, this was going to be our first time ordering from you, however when I went on your site at noon (Eastern time), the website said we had 3 hours to go, so I went back an hour before it was supposed to start and everything was pretty much already sold out. We are disappointed. Maybe next time, may I suggest to put which timezone you are launching because your counter lied to us.

I set a timer to match the timer on the site but when I got there like 15 mins early to prep they were already sold out! Why did you open it early when there was a countdown timer? 😢😢
