Alright, today is the day that I try the ULTIMATE MYSTERY BOX from the brand igirl. They are known for their style bundles so I figured I would put it to the test since I've tried so many in the past! Honestly I had stopped really doing thrift store mystery boxes recently because I just found I would end up only really liking one or two things and it just became too must of a risk, but I decided it was time to come out of retirement to at least try this one and I now I definitely don't think I'll be trying any type of style bundle/mystery box for AWHILE after this....

Well to be honest what You are really paying it's her job. I mean, mystery boxes are expensive, You could easily find the clothes more cheap, but You would have to look harder in more than one place, so, half of the price comes from the work of the people who Made them. So i get, i would personally would never bought them, but thats me. This Style it's also not my Style Buy it's rather peculiar, SO i think i would be hard to pull up together, so, Even when it is expensive, it's really Nice to see that they do their job and listen want You want. It looks great on you, btw.

I feel like for the price tag I would he underwhelmed as well. While I can see the theme coming through, it's giving more soft goth (?) and like 2010s tumblr more than the advertised look. The accessories are all really cute though!

I think when it comes to igirl bundles, you’re more likely to get a good one if you choose the edgy themes like the 90’s and goth ones, cuz those styles are what she’s best at and is more likely to have really great clothes. I feel like when I see her style anything else it could be hit or miss imo

LOL in one of my vids I mentioned wondering who was gonna end up with it in a bundle lol and it's youuuuu 💗I wasn't big on the color either so I sold it but quickly bought another and I plan on dying black and making it more of a mini length

The last dress, you could do full out royalcore instead of black. Some layered pearl necklaces and dewier makeup, your pearl headband, adding your white maxi skirt underneath! Just an idea! Love the video Alexa ❤️

I've watched a few of igirl mystery box videos and it always feels underwhelming :/ I don't think its worth that much money at all, I get they're charging for the pieces, time and styling but damn 💀 even their individual itens are expensive as hell, how are they charging 40 dollars for tights ;-; I don't wanna sound hateful but for that price point I expected more

I think if I loved all the items I would still be like hey I don’t know if i think it’s worth the price, but at least I know have pieces i love. with this most of the pieces were meh that it just made it worse. I think the biggest thing missing is layering, yes accessories yelp but I feel like a full outfit should have more layering to it. It’s tough because I understand there’s much more that goes into price, but yeah 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s a hard one

the price comes from items being sustainably/ethically produced. + quality ofc. u can’t rlly have cheap prices for super high quality and ethically produced items, for cheaper prices either quality or ethics have to be decreased.

Mystery boxes seem to be for people who have no idea of how or where to shop or want to try out an aesthetic that they are unsure of how to style. Because most of us are too picky about what we want to wear and tbh the people styling the boxes have no idea of what is in your closet or the little things that are deal breakers for you. The cost of all the different boxes are way over what it would be to just pick out the same stuff that you actually want in my opinion.

The old Igirl bundles were truly something magical circa 2018-2019ish, they were full of deadstock and really cute 90s and other era vintage pieces. It seems now that bella has just hopped on a trend train and added it to her bundles & has overpriced them. She used to be so original with them and it kinda makes me sad?? I think you were ripped off, and this is coming from a kinda ex-igirl lover:/

i love the tights and accessories! the first two items-i agree, they’re a bit plain. but the ruffle dress would look great with a long moss green cardigan if you want to dress it down a bit! for the winter, just add some hand warmers and a frilly scarf :)

These all looked very pretty on you (I actually thought look #2 was super cute) but I definitely get being underwhelmed for the price tag - almost $400 is A LOT to gamble on when you can’t choose what you’re getting or return it. I saw another comment where you mentioned dying that dress black and I definitely think that would be cute, but I will mention that when I saw you wearing it, my first thought was actually that it could easily be used as more of a cottagecore piece. Layering a white lacy or ruffled shirt under it could be very cute! Or even a forest green one, if you wanted to lean more into the dark cottagecore/cottagegore vibes. Love the video! In general I always appreciate your honest unboxing videos like this - they helped me realize that as fun as mystery boxes sound, I’m too picky to justify getting one. 🤪

I’m a fan of Igirl I have a number of their pieces. I do agree that I think these bundles I think are more for fans of the brand/Bella’s style. I did enjoy the looks from the bundle.

Everything looks so pretty, but I agree this is best if you’re wanting one of their popular items so you getting more value for your purchase. If they did mini one outfit bundles under $100 that would interest me, because their theme choices do look like things I would wear or want to experiment with. If you’re not having luck thrifting or styling, this box is for you. Otherwise you can totally curate these looks over time if you don’t mind the hunt!

Hi Alexa! It was fun to watch you open the package as many others are curious to see what iGirl bundles will bring. I’ve seen many iGirl mystery boxes and basically they are just ok. Nothing really exciting that is worthy of a $350 price tag. You looked cute in the outfits, but nothing you received isn’t something that you couldn’t have found on your own for a lot less money. I’m not sure what the draw is for these very expensive bundles. Anyway, I always enjoy your videos. Thanks for keeping it real!💕

The first look is SUPER cute on you, love it! The second look is cool too but you already have cuter stuff. The dress is a no but may look good with a leather jacket or something like that. Another thing that you could do with the dress is lace the front with black satin ribbon to darken it into more your style. The body suit and skirt fit was adorable.

Mystery boxes are not for me, however, I like watching videos of people unboxing them. Reason why I personally would never get one unless I knew exactly what was in it (defeats the purpose, I know), is that I do not have the money to spend on clothes without knowing what I'm getting and potentially being out of hundreds of dollars worth of clothing I won't wear. Plus it's just creating additional waste. If I knew how to sew and create sth else out of it that's a different story, but I neither have the skills nor the time. So, a no from me, but I see the appeal for sure. This one is, imho, completely overpriced. I think many agree. You probably pay for the name, and I don't enjoy that. It's secondhand clothing. How much money do you actually have to charge to make a profit? Probably not that much. Thanks for the video 💗

I absolutely loved the babydoll dress outfit. It was perfect with the accessories. The other 2 outfits also looked great on you, but i loved the first 1 the most. But i think you will going to find cute ways to style the beige dress and i think you can color it black. The only thing you to find out before painting it are the stitches and if you can change their color. Some stitches aren't possible to change the color. They stay the same color. And probably you have to change the ribbon and find a black or maybe even red ribbon, but that won't be too difficult to find. But maybe you will find a way to style the dress in this beige color and you are gonna like it the way it is. Thank you for buying the expensive box and share the video with us. It was nice to see and it will help other people to deside if they want to buy an box or not.
