Another One S I was hesitant to buy but get to see you fix. I got scammed on an auction last week where the guy said that it powers on but no display... turned out to be water damaged and beep on beep off. I haven't gone back to it yet...

raise "item not as described" get your money back too many scammers think they can get away with "spare/repair no return" distance selling doesn't allow that.

I bought a PS5 from this seller and description was spot on. Unopened ps5 with no display. Was just the hdmi port. Replaced port and perfectly working. Been using it for 2 weeks now.

I’ve just repaired my PS4 Pro. It switched on and then powered off. Opened it up and the traces leading from the power lead to the motherboard were fried. Must have been a power surge. I’ve replaced the PSU and it’s working again 😁✊🏻

Got a Xbox one s no power but the southbridge is hot to the touch with power supply put is that normal with a 12 volt short I'm new to this and was just getting into Xbox repair I'm guessing it's the southbridge but I'm not shore would love a bit of advice thanks lee

No the first was bad for sure. It didn't display anything on screen which means the drive wasn't able to boot up successfully

i do not buy anything from ebay unless they have 100% positive feedback unless i check the negative and think that they buyer has not explained his problem and just cussing i also send messages that i use if there is a problem against what the faults were , but also i make sure they have a shop and also check their feedback . if from house you got no chance.

The definition of a scam is a dishonest scheme. When one intentionally puts parts into a console they know are bad, in this case a faulty mainboard, faulty hdd and faulty power supply, and then sells that as "spares or repair", that's dishonesty. If a listing stated all the facts, bearing in mind the seller is a technician, no one would in their right mind buy it because they know there's little to no chance of making money from it.

They haven't scammed you, they listed exactly what you received, you claiming anything else is just your opinion nothing more unless you can prove it, seems you claim to get scammed a lot when you can't fix them or there's more wrong than the seller was able to find out by testing

What are ebay to do exactly? after he's opened it, attempted a repair, decided it can't be fixed or is not economical to fix, then get onto ebay hoping they'll tell him to return it, all while the seller described it accurately and lists as for parts or not working. You buy faulty items to make a living don't expect them all to be winners, isn't going to happen.
