I’ve lived in the same city for all 34 years of my life. My parents got rid of all my childhood belongings when I left for college, a few years ago when I began yard sailing to recollect I came across a small PlayStation lot and it was my games from when I was younger. Still had my name written inside one of them. Still blows my mind to this day how many hands they must have exchanged only for them to return home to me 🤣🤙

This is a VERY good buy. While condition of most may be lightly played, there should be some near mint in there. Sorting low value V cards by set and selling in sets may be a good tactic. If you really want to put the time in, you might find near complete sets which would sell well. As for the vintage, get them all sleeved and in top loaders and note their condition as per TCG Player.

I bought a lot of 20 holos for 30 bucks which included a gold star flareon, gold star vaporeon, Supreme victors charizard, and others which came out to 1k. I always find a good deal every once in awhile! It's fun and then I can sell the bigger hitters to fund the cards I like to keep for myself. Hope whoever wins the stadium enjoys it as much as you do!

Dang that Sabrina's Gengar is the most expensive card in that set I think. Insane find! I've come across lots of cards and games at yard sales & online ads but nothing like this lot you've got. Epic find

I truly believe that one of the rarest card that you can get at events for not an insane amount happens to be the holographic Chansey from base set 1st edition not really in terms of the card itself but for one to be graded a 10 is extremely unlikely. Something about the holographic pattern that prints off.

Insanely good deal. The Sabrina's Genger and Base Set Venusaur are basically your money back all by themselves, with everything else being pure profit. I'd say you could get around $5k after selling everything.

Wow, I wonder what happened for him to abandon collecting so abruptly :( Must have been something bad/sad to not want anything to do with these cards anymore. He could have sold these holos individually and then sold of the rest of the bulk for a much better price. There are lots of people who'd be willing to pray a pretty penny for those vintage cards. Hey you missed some good commons in the old cards that are worth a few bucks. Anytime u see an old Eevee, Pikachu or any of the three starters u should separate it from the bulk. Those non Holo rares are worth a bit too. Hasn't this guy heard of penny sleeves jeez! Dude if that lot was in my room right now I'd be cooming in my pants. I wish I could find lots like these

Best offer up find I bought was a Pokémon small binder for $150 and a guy was getting rid of his 1995- 1999 duplicates he said he didn’t want anymore. So I met up with the guy and brought the book back home and when I went through it, it had over 50 vintage holographics and continuous pulls from the book. So more then I expected and valued over $1000. Great to look into treasures that ppl sell off

The best find I ever had at a garage sale was an old Scotty Cameron putter, if you don't know how crazy that is Scotty Cameron putters are around $400+ new and even more if they are vintage, it was in perfect condition. I bought it from him for $100 and looked it up that night and it's being sold for around $700.

My favorite thing I got at a garage sale was 47 cards for $5.00. I got 2 GX cards 1 EX and 3 vintage cards.

The harsh scrapping noise when he’s speed shuffling through the cards kills me. If he was able to find a really valuable card he’d ruin the surface and scratch it up doing that. Handles the cards worse than the kids who owned them. No psa 10’s if he’s had his hands on it 🥴 hard to watch

He definitely offloaded all his junk cards to you. The only cards worth a lil was those vintage 8-10 cards you found at the beginning and that rainbow card are probably worth something. My best find was during the beginning of the pandemic. Guy has a lot of gamecube games ( 35 games total ) for 100 dollars. I drove over a hour and felt like I was risking my life 😂 I has gloves and Double mask 😷 I sanitized each game 😂 Hella of score tho. So glad I did it. Alot of big hitters.

BEST FIND EVER! Was doing a delivery for a guy and I noticed in his garage he had a ton of gen 1 vintage Star Wars toys ALL still in the boxes. I stopped him immediately and had to ask him about them, he said that he has been trying to get rid of them and asked if I was interested. I ended up buying every single thing he had, dropped $1,500 on the whole set and it is worth WAY MORE! A bunch of error Luke Skywwalkers and Darth Vaders (light sabers are shorter and not long like they are so suppose to be) Best find I ever had!

I feel like you should do more research on pokemon sets since you are already diving into people's old collections... for the most part you can tell where the money is but its more interesting to watch when RU-vidrs give the audience more information on what we are hoping to find versus you asking us to let you know if there's something good you bought and what the prices are...

Sell off all modern bulk in a big lot, sell reverse holos together as a lot aswell. Good idea to price out all Holo or better cards to either sell as a big lot priced a bit under what they're valued at & finally sell vintage rare/holos individually. You're probably looking at 10× what you paid if not more

Best find ever; 7 years ago brought a old binder thinking it was empty just a vintage binder and sleeves. In the back of the sleeves I found base set holos that I assume the seller just forgot to pull out! $1200 in value

My best find was two full boxes of 1960's 1970's rock and roll reel to reels, at a church sale this year, about 30 mint in box reels in each box, the sign on the box said $1 each or $10 for each box, I had never seen anything like them before but I recognized some of the names Jimi Hendrix, rolling stones, Janis Joplin etc. The boxes were just like the album covers but smaller so I took the chance, after getting home I found a list inside that had the collection valued at around 2k, I was pumped, and even more so when I started actually looking them up and realized the list had them undervalued, ended up being around 5k in listings which I did all in one day, most of them have sold already, many super rare pieces, some never ever sold online according to discogs, shipped them all over the world to collectors and didn't have any issues with any of the sales.

easy way to find out how much your cards could be worth is to take them all out and lay them side by side on the floor and take a pic with your phone you can us google image to check each card in 1 image with the zoom in and out part and just look up the image of the card for pirces xD

u should take the sleeves and as ur opening it, sleeve all the vintage holos

Best find I had at a garage sale was a horders house who had all types of nickelodeon figures in box from the 90s an got them super cheap . I wish I woulda went back when they were able to access more of the room

20:45 Not sure what Gengar that was but it wasn't generations. Most of the Generations is bulk honestly but that Gengar caught my eye. I think you could double your money it just might take a while unless you do 1,000 card bulk deals or something. Good grab though imo

The claaydol is the best card from the celebrations. Also there was a gengar in with the celebrations stuff which isn't part of celebrations. Maybe check that card out. Celebrations 001 to 025 are just trash probs about 5 cents a card if your lucky

So you definitely made half your money back on just vintage cards and it might take time to sell the rest but we all just have time in life anyways so it wasn’t a bad buy in my opinion. I would definitely bulk out the common uncommon and rares along with basic trainers and energies. As for the rest I would do lots with no duplicates of the V cards and Vmax, and then do bulk stacks of holos and reverse holos. And as you are listing use TCG to scan every card in those lots to know what their value is

OMG I want that Pokemon Box!!! My best find at a yard sale was a beautiful Vintage Green Glass piece!! I bought it for 50cents but when I got it home I realized that it was a rare vintage Italian 2ft wine bottle from the late 1800s that was worth $1,500-$2,000 and if somehow the wine was still in it then it would be almost 20k!!! That was 8 years ago and now I have a matching one that I found at a thrift shop for 5$ 4 years after the first one! So I spent 5.50 and made almost 3K-4K profit!!!

Just a suggestion Kreesky, instead of making a long vid that people might not want to wait through. Pause while you look, to show some of the good finds. Or better yet, go through all of them first and organize them. Then show your prizes at the end. That way you could turn a 40 min vid into a 10 min vid. Or create 3 separate, ten minute videos. I'm not sure what generates more revenue, one long or many shorts. Also, if you were to organize them you could find out if you have complete sets versus broken sets. And you could isolate the vintage cards at the same time.

Those packs you referred to as “mystery bags” are from the rip n ships on what not or drip. He basically paid someone to open packs for him and they send them in the mail like that. 99.9% of the cards are bulk

Hey bro I sugggest getting on TCGplayer and filtering for common, uncommon, and rare and then sorting high to low price for the “bulk”. There are a lot of playable cards in the tcg that are worth a bit more.

I sold like 8 of these bins back in 2013 to a pawn shop. I've never kicked myself in the ahh about anything harder than that.

I found Sun and moon packs that were loaded with hits and they were only $2 and I got a bunch of tag teams

Thats allot of cards for just 160$ hahaha honnestly when he threw so much extra in i would have givin him the 200 bucks anyways but thats just me 🙈🙈 Been collecting for 25 years now so also got stupid amounts of cards to go thrue sometimes but i do have a tip or 2 for ya!😁 When having this big of a amount of cards it would be better to split it into parts or do it on a big live stream and make a highlight video of the stream as a new video 😊 but atleast thats what i would do 🙈🙈 keep up collecting man and best of luck with the finds!👌 Oh and about the best finds at garage sales? I really think you can double your money if not get more. like for me I don't stress over on how long it takes to put up cards on ebay. it's what I used to sell all the time before I branch off to selling different things now. for my most exciting item I bought from a yard sale was a set of White Handles Cutco Knives with its wood block. I paid 30 dollars for it and sold it 250 plus shipping. Sold fast too.

If I was you I’d sell almost all individually and ship the cards from home. calculate the packages, how much they would cost to ship each one and at least you have work cut out for you when nothing else is going on. You can just list a few everyday, when other deals are slow. Best flea market find was a box of snes games. As I was thumbing through them, seeing almost all rpgs. chrono trigger, breath of fire etc absolute gold. around 20 of them. I went to the counter and when I said how much the guy said. “ oh yeah some vendor dropped off that box he only wants 7 dollars a piece”. Mind you chrono trigger at the time in 2015 was already well over $100 cart. I never paid for anything so fast in my life especially this was at the beginning of when people were starting to know what they had as far as value because of eBay.

My best pokemon/game find was trading a black xbox 360 pro. 3 call of duty games for it and 100 dollars. For a switch with a game that was used once. Then 10 cib pokemon ds and 3ds games. I was shocked.
