This guitar is a great buy, it is not perfect of course, being a low end model, but the minor finish imperfections etc. can be easily ignored. Where it counts, namely in playability and sound, this guitar definitely delivers! It sounds great and is very easy and comfortable to play, just a whole lot of fun right out of the box. And once you get used to the open pore finish, it is even handsome in its own special way.

Not too durable as it is placed on the cheaper side... If you dont play regurlarly, you have to keep the strings loosened.... I saw my bridge area was bulging out under tension. I have keept the strings loosened as i dont play regularly. After loosening the strings, the bulging of the bridge decreased. This is something which i think is expected from lower priced 12 string acoustic guitars as the tension of 12 strings together ie too high!
Actually I am a drummer. But i love playing guitar. I recently got my LTD bass but I always wanted to get a 12 string acoustic. Since iam not a guitar player i wasnt looking to spend a fortune but instead wanted to get some for my RU-vid videos and playing along with music when i am not drumming 🤣

I think this guitar is available on order basis. You can try talking with some reknown musical instrument store in your area. They should be able to procure it for you. I did the same in Guwahati.
The electro acoustic version of this guitar is the Cort AD 810-12E OP. I see that it is currently available on rajmusicals.com. I bought this guitar in Guwahati from a music store named Tune Music Square. They don't stock 12 string guitars as there are hardly any customers seeking it. They got this one for me on pre order basis, after I made an advanced payment. However, if you are from Mumbai, I think it should not be much of an issue for you to get hold of such a guitar.
