Nope. He’s definitely never known a real “I have no money” moment in his life. Doesn’t take away from the amazing achievement and what he’s doing though.
Having a “I have no money” moment is a gift that gives you drive. I was lucky enough to be blessed with being absolutely skint for the first half of my life. I absolutely rate anyone who is hasn’t had that experience but still has drive to achieve. That there is a true grafter 💯

The biggest problem with car dealers is that you don't service or repair the cars you buy. You need to make them perfect to justify the money you ask for them. REPAIR THE CARS, DO FULL SERVICE, DO FULL INSPECTION AND CHECK, REPAIR OR REPLACE TRACK ROAD ENDS, etc. Every car dealer is just selling old cars with many faults with expectations to make money and people to give a good feedback but this is not happening in real world! Repair the cars you are selling, and you buy second hand !!!! People in the UK do not service or repair their cars!!!!!

Coo! Takes me back to my time starting out selling new and used cars in the late ‘70’s. Nothing as exotic unfortunately. I understand the point about tyre kicking time wasters completely. Used to call them JLM’s for “just looking mate”. Qualifying the customer as to what they were after and how much they had to spend is something that only comes with experience. Enjoy the journey. It’s a great job but a sh.. way of earning a living.

That's standard unfortunately. They have a monopoly on trusted dealer platforms and because of that they can get away with absolutely milking their customers dry

@@bencocker7487the trouble is there are still dodgy people on there, I could name the person that I bought a car from on auto trader, meant to be a trusted trader and still done us over, he even got a girl to take her faulty car back and said he would transfer her money back, she never did.
I just can’t fathom how you can pull together a setup like that with ‘nothing’. Not just anyone can rock up to the local bank and get £1m+ credit for stock, surely there must be a wedge of cash come from somewhere or at least a wealthy guarantor? .. looks great though 👍🏼
Lovely stock and to be honest a great way to sell these cars as the period they depreciate Archie loses nothing but has the opportunity to buy low. I think that jag needs a car vertical check though calv, 8,000 miles in 27 years 😂
Easy £2k profit given away. Don’t give your part exchanges away, it’s one of the most most profitable areas of your business. I’ve been retailing cars since I was 21 (now 49) and Calvin hasn’t got a clue
Really enjoyed watching this video. Albeit a very surprising collab, but Calvin and Archie linking up made for a great conversation.
