I have been looking for these at Dollar tree! yours came out so cute and thanks for the heads up on the graph instructions instead of written instructions.
I got the dog, it is way more adorable then the pictures! The pattern is printed so tiny, I took a picture with my phone to zoom in. I usually do amigarumi in continuous rounds, but the instructions say to join each round.
For a buck and a quarter, seems like just the pattern itself might be worth the price? I realize there are free tutes all over, but having it written for you might come in handy if you are traveling. The lack of a single stitch marker seems a supreme oversight to me. Thanks for testing this out!
Hi, I have the same kit. I bought the dinosaur, the rabbit, the teddy bear, the dog. I’d like the kit but the yarn sucks it’s not enough yarn. The doggie don’t have enough yarn but you can save the pattern and do it with a good yarn but what can you expect from a dollar store? I think it’s OK I like them. Your teddy bear came out really cute. I know there’s some downfalls in the kit but for a dollar 25 I think is OK
would you ever make a tutorial on one of these dollar store kits…? i have the mouse and as a beginner, i know the basics on how to increase and decrease and stuff but i can’t read patterns AT ALL. i desperately need a visual aid 😫🙏🏻
Glad you stated that this is definitely not for beginners! I bought a few of these except the bunny I couldn't find it & For a $25 they seem worth it 👍 I haven't been able to make one yet because the 2 that I've tried the Dog & mouse are so confusing 👎 I know how to crochet but I don't know how to make animal shapes and increasing & decreasing has never been my strong suit. So I'm trying to find a tutorial that I can follow with step by step Instructions but I've yet to find one 🤔.
