What confuses me though is the person paid twice to save their locker. Could they have not cleared it out after they saved it? Am I missing something?

@@Wolf-vc4wj They only made a one month payment, which means they still don't have access to the unit, they just save it for that month. In order to get into the unit again, you would have to pay all 3 months that you owe to the facility.
