I’m also a PGY1 (diagnostic radiology) and I’m contemplating buying a house once I move to my categorical program in the Midwest but I’m also hesitant because it’s always advised that residents don’t buy a house 😩. So I oscillate. Either way, it’s good to see the perspective of someone who took the dive. You’ve got a new subscriber ✊🏾.
