The housing market is crazy in Dallas right now! I also just moved back to Dallas from California (San Francisco) and it took forever to find a house. Jeanine, make sure you pay to get a plumber to inspect. The normal home inspection does not cover a thorough inspection of the plumbing. And plumbing can be SUUUUUPER expensive if there’s damage to it. Trust me. It’s worth paying the extra for a plumber to inspect.
