depends on the location, if it’s in central la it’s definitely like 3-4 mill and if it’s in the valley it’s probably around 2.6 mill

You should keep that one wall in the guest room navy and use it in the colour scheme!!! Blue & white with red accents looks very Ralph Lauren and chic!!❤️
