I'd like to see their reaction if they REALLY had to live there and live on a budget. The go-kart and the lawnmower? You know they only bought those because they could, not because they actually needed those things.
That's actually cool. It would be a great guest house or entertainment room to put on your property. Pre installed Electrical would be to big of a liability so it makes sense it doesn't come wired
What's crazy is I cannot find more information on this house anywhere. It'd be awesome if a youtuber actually does a walkthrough or gives more information on this house.
To see people treat things like that when there are people who work their beinds off for a crust of bread. Hope they realize they r blessed. They could donate this stuff or resale and donate money to those in need. Sounding more like my depression-era grandma everyday.
Holy crap, when I first saw the house I was like no way would anyone be able to really live in it full time but once it was revealed that it opens up even more I was really surprised. This is cool.
I just want to know 2 things… 1) insulation? How would it withstand high heat or super cold? 2) how well is it sealed, I thought I saw gaps, rain or moisture getting in? I guess 3… how well does it withstand wind/high winds of storms?
It won’t withstand cold or hot weather. It’s clearly drafty. And it says online it is not recommended for being in extreme weather conditions (storms, tornados, hurricanes, floods, blizzards, etc). It’s basically a shed.
I feel like you could seal it and insulate it a lot better when it's folded out. For 19-20k it's really not a bad deal with the current housing market. Buy some land, this and put about 10k into making it livable and your still only spending a fraction of what you would for an actual house.
@@alexglenn4111 and how do you install any kind of insulation if there’s no framing ? And it won’t only cost 10k to make everything even halfway habitable. Permits, foundation, septic system, electrical, etc. And Buying land virtually anywhere won’t be cheap, especially in or near big cities.
Per the listing company: "Constructed with a steel frame and flame-retardant foam wallboard, this container home prefabricated is waterproof and thermally insulated. It's earthquake-resistant (grade 8) and wind-resistant (grade 10)."
So interested in seeing how this house does in severe weather conditions bc I see so many hater comments about it …… getting one for my backyard if this survives heavy rain 😅
I came back as an OG fan wondering if the gang fell apart but they still have the spirit. I might even start watching again😊. And also Gabe is just so random and funny
first of all, it has no insulation and electrical, second: you need to buy land or property to put the house in. Im not an engineer or a real estate agent, but i think it's a shitty idea to buy a house off of amazon...
If you have the ability to transport it and the land... $20k for a plastic fold-out house ain't too bad. Oh, and there's a $2k coupon too lol. edit: $20k for a 13' x 20' with bathroom. Goes all the way up to 19' x 20' with restroom for $35k and a $5k coupon.
@@whiskey1072 Cannot link to 3rd party websites on RU-vid or it will almost always scrub the comment. The seller for the one that I was looking at, which has different prices now, is "DOINUO". "DOINUO Mobile Expandable Prefab House, Outdoor Storage Shed Tiny Home, Modern Sturdy Steel Storage Container Guest House Building"
After 6 years of watching this channel they never fail to make us laugh And yea I know this is my first time commenting on this channel that’s because I always watch unspeakable on my tv
