How to decrease lag: 1. Too many chickens cause lag and specially roosters cause lag. Try to sell most of them. 2. Pigs have also increased alot in number. Try selling them. 3. Make seperate cabins in barn and place 2 pigs in every cabin. That way the barn will be more easy to manage.

You shouldn't have changed your graphics. I think the reason for the lag is actually pigs. you have loaded so many pigs in a small space and that is causing the lag.
