Today I show you guys the new rebuild car project Mercedes S550 I just picked up from Copart! This is a 2015 Mercedes S550 I got delivered to my door for about $28K. The repairs don't look too extensive, really - looks worse than it is.
The heart to heart reminds me of Jeremy Clarkson explaining why people love cars. I'm so excited man, can't wait to see the finished project. Those S550's are beasts
just a reminder not sure if you know this but the SL spare needs to be pumped up before installing thats its flat state. this builds gonna be mad great eye on the purchase doesnt look like it needs much.

Seems like one of the best run/drive vehicles I've ever seen come out of a Copart transaction. I wouldn't say it's an image thing but you like luxury (dude, footwell lighting? That's premium), there's nothing wrong with that, who wouldn't get one assuming they could deal with the repairs.

Fk the haters. I also (finally) got an S class (also used) and some people insinuate it's an ego thing. I just go, "I guess you're right. I can't force myself to drive a crappy car"! BOOM! I was going to ask if a winner on the Ducati giveaway had been selected yet (haven't seen anything related to it lately), but after hearing you vocalize about someone talking down on getting the S550...seriously if someone is going to dismiss your efforts on acquiring what will have an R title to it...they obviously don't get the point. @@TheInja I actually went through all of the sweepstakes rules/info. Apparently they give the winner 7 days to respond to them and after confirming that they are eligible, they have another 3 days to get all the papers signed. So it could take 10 days from the time they draw a winners name. 😮💨 And unfortunately I haven't received the email about winning yet...... hahaha. Keep doing your thing and don't mind the haters on your "image."
