I Bought an Abandoned Storage Unit This storage unit auction buy was similar to when I bought a drug dealers storage unit except the storage unit finds were ever better! The storage unit sold at the storage auction for only $50 which was a great price! The storage unit did not appear as if it would have great storage unit finds, but luckily the storage unit finds ended up being awesome!

Take it to your local VFW or Foreign Legion, they will get things back to the veterans. They usually will have a ceremony and invite you to it. PLEASE take it to them. There are some places that claim to return things to veterans but they usually don't return it all. Love yall

being a Marine is a thing to be proud of. Not knowing the circumstances of why this unit went up for auction is sad. i hope that someone of his family will be able to get his personal items back. It isn't about the money, it is about a man who served our country. I know you are in business and you are being more careful than in some other units and am glad about that.

Contact the marine corps they will help you locate him to get his stuff back to him. Once a marine always a marine! Semper Fi means a lot to them! Call the local recruiter if nothing else.

Being a Marine myself, I hope nothing bad has happened to this guy. Also the knife shown at 28:00 in, is a USMC K-Bar. We don’t use toy knifes that hide fishing line and matches in the handle. LOL

When I was in the Army the supply catalog entry was: Tool, entrenching, colapsable. They couldn't just say folding shovel. As to locating this vetran, have you thought about contacting the VA or the Marines. With all you have you must have his SSN. You don't have to ask for his address, but you can have them forward your contact info. Just an idea. 🤔

Most soldiers wants to be buried in there suits and metals. Even if they don’t fit the funeral home will fix it so they can wear them. We buried a cousin that was in War 1 he saved his for that reason.

Back in the day there used to be Military Supply Stores where anyone could buy military items. So it is possible that stuff like random military clothes are not necessarily on the same level as the man's dress uniform, so you can probably sell that kind of stuff without worrying.

All Marines are ALWAYS Marines, regardless of where they are or what they are doing. The fact that he was an NCO (non-comission officer) deserves respect. A leader of Marines. Amvets, VFW, and other veterans organizations can help try to find him. Semper Fidelis, is the Marine Corps (pronounced core) motto. It means "Always Faithful " Marines say Semper Fi to each other. If you find him tell him many of his brothers want to say Semper Fi, and wish him well. R. J. Chapman USMC.

Who knows you may get lucky. If it was my son I would want his stuff, day my not know anything about the storage locker.

The old disappearing ink trick 😂 When you need to take them back unworn, they see your receipt and know it’s over 30, 60 or 90 days. 😒 34:02 you know, after combat, he may not be the same mentally. Bad things happen to those who have seen “bad things happen”. Many veterans end up in the streets on drugs to forget about everything that haunts them. I pray you found this young man since this video was released. This totally tugs at my heartstrings. 😢 Bless you both! ❤

I would recommend contacting a local recruiting station or depo for the Marines and they can do a search for the marine. He was a NCO ( non commission officer ) so he most certainly put in some time in the corps and would be broken with out his personal relics. I served and will make some calls and pass on information and see if i cant figure out information for you. Im in Northern California and most marines are stationed down in Southern California at Camp Pendleton or MCRD in San Diego or Mir Mar.

Gail Oursler thanks for the inspirational message, means a lot. I lost two homes in less then a year to California wildfires, one in 2017 & 2018 and am still currently homeless and struggling. When I lost my first house in 2017 I was absolutely devastated that everything I had work so hard for was taken from me. All my military uniforms, medals, awards, etc was turn to ash with no way to ever replace. So on top of the daily struggles I face I now face a whole new set of stress and anxiety. So when I watch Jebus video it struck a personal core in my heart of knowing the feeling of hitting a hard time in life and loosing everything. So if it is at all possible to at least get some of the personal affects returned to a fellow devil dog after hitting a hard time in his life then it would be a honor to help and assist in that taken place. Gail Oursler Gail Oursler It has been most certainly a very eye opening experience to say the least. It makes you take a step back and truly appreciate the things you have. The oath that is taken swears that that “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”. Yet when a wildfire is started due to the negligence of someone else appointed by a company and there is nothing you can do but watch 1000’s of acres burn before you as everything in sight turns to ashes and lives are taken it’s very disheartening. I truly appreciate your prayers and kind words of encouragement as well. I hope the end result of all the actions that are being taken to return the personal affects to Sgt Issac “ iceman “ foster are of a happy story. Maybe Jebus will be fortunate enough to make a video with Sgt Foster and we will be able to hear the legacy of one marine, his trials and tribulations and how he earned the title of marine and the nickname “ Iceman “.

This is a massively epic storage unit. I will definitely try and help find this person. My respect for you, that was already deep, took a whole new depth. Thank you for the deep respect you show for the military. I'll look for the Transformers and KBAR knife. The Green class A hard cover is an older model Marine Cover. All those BDU'S and PT uniforms, what you call boot camp outfits, LOL, are really great finds. Amazing, amazing unit.

Hi Jebus family! The piece of jewelry that was white roses with the diamond centers is a bracelet. Of course the diamonds are not real!!! I’ve seen this and the other costume jewelry you found on the jewelry channel. Is the marine still alive? Thanks for getting his personal things back to him or his family! All the patches really mean a whole lot to a soldier. When my husband passed, I gave all of his military stuff to his brother including his dress blues. Meant a lot to him. It may be that this solider had a bad experience during his military time, and he does not want his items back. And I agree, it would be ashamed to let those things be thrown away. It is just do sad not to know what to do with items like that when you come across them. But, I am so glad that you are willing to go the extra mile to find this person.

I was bottle digging in an area with all downtown WWII era stuff. I found Army & Navy dog tags. The VFW advised me not to try & contact the families, and that there was no etiquette about them otherwise, given the circumstances in which I found them. Navy tags are oval flat metal, SS? They apply to the USNR, USMC, & Merchant Marine. The Army ones are corrugated rectangles. Elgin goes back to pocket watch days. They were a mass producer of good watches in the 1890s.

my grandson is a marine--they are very protective of their medals,ribbons etc--and proud hope you were able to reconnect with him or family. im like someone said--do you suppose the jar of powder was actually his remains and the flag looked really new, so maybe it was his? dont know why but this one storage post really got to me. usually doesnt bother me at all, but maybe because of the military things--who knows. You can also contact the Marine office and tell them you have there things... and ask them if they could help you or ask if they could send the things to them... That what they do for people in the Army.. my partner in the army and he the one who told me to tell you to get a hold of the Matines
