Always inspiring to see how far you have come Manny! You’ve inspired me to get into the real estate industry and it’s changed my life! Hope i can be on you level one day! Keep crushing it Manny!
I love how Manny lets Nate drive one of his exclusive car. I guess i haven't seen a millionaire who has this much trust with his/her cameraman. Now all i want to know is how Manny met Nate? And how Nate ended up being in one of the coolest job.
Manny is really one of the biggest inspirations in the car community and really makes me want to get into real estate and get as good as he is, or even better.
I keep reminding my wife not to touch the windows when closing the car door, but after seeing this, she's like, 'If he can do it with his Bugatti, why not me?' 😂😅
I just bought a shopping plaza a few months ago from a friend, kicked out most of the bad tenants he had and have it mostly empty and I already got an offer for it for 20% more than I bought it for.
This was a very educational video. I learned a lot about purchasing real estate. It wasn't a great deal of information, but the highlights provided a great deal of insight regarding purchasing real estate.
Manny's subconscious right hand shifting movement whenever the gear was upshifted is a perfect example of how he loves his cars. Not because it's expensive and one of (Ofc he does😅) but it's all more about pure enjoyment from the inside❤ Big love from Indonesia
Manny is enjoying his God given wealth. Some wealthy people doesn't know how to enjoy their life and becoming lonely and depressed. It's not the case with Manny. I admire him, he's so lucky to be able to succeed his business at the same time he can do what he wants and I believe that owning and driving Sports Car you so desire are just most rich people do. But some rich people buying expensive car just for display, they don't use is as much as they can but Manny is defferent.
"I gotta take it easy guys" -- **proceeds to push the gas pedal all the way down** -- "ohhh, my god... hoooooo... the acceleration of Bugatti always gets me"
Loove how you included Nate I can imagine how blown his mind was I remember when I allowed a intern to drive my car he was isotactic but then the other intern was a bit down so gave her a few lesson lol helping the young grow lol
Bro u r literally living the dream life. So jealous of u. I mean look at u once upon a time a kid lived inside a car now owns a garage full of epic hypercars. This is real motivation that keeps people going. Nice vid❤❤❤.
he is just so down-to-earth ngl. i loved that he let nate drive his exclusive amg. best but underrated .. atleast he is better than those kids who just flex when he tries to teach us by giving away his secret masterplans
Mister Manny, don’t mind me if I tell you this, but I love your car collection and I feel it’s necessary to tell that bebop starting the car, specifically if it sits for z time, just turn the ignition on, let it run the oil to the cylinder head by building oil pressure then strut it. 😊 when the car is parked, all the oil goes down in to oil pan, and after a while your pistons are not lubricated enough or at all wich can cause scratches in the engine block. Sorry again for teaching you, I know you can buy any motors at any time but saving the original is the best. Best regards Sir!
OH MY GOD!!! I didn’t realize that he had all those cars! I did love the Hermes/ Paghani. In that brown. Then he did that Chiron with Hermes… just .. insane. And the new carbon 935’s.. .. but I didn’t know he had like 20 cars.!
With knowledge of prior owners Cap spending sounds like you are in a win win situation. Assets over liabilities is the formula. Get success! Very Nice!
Manny khoshbin is buying buildings and cars whereas shmee150 and Hamilton collection and DDE and Stradman are selling cars and properties a huge flex 💪🏿
2:08 Can't imagine otherwise, Manny. They say you can't take anything with you to the other side. I think the Bugatti Chiron Hermes Edition is surely, an exception.
Just wondering what your contingency plan is for weathering a more permanent bear market in commercial real estate? It’s seems to me that the pandemic simply accelerated what technology had already started 15-years ago and that we as a society have moved past peak commercial real estate. Thoughts?!
Not yet probably but I suspect many commercially zoned buildings will get added residential zoning as the commercial market stabilizes at protracted lower levels. The problem then will be that the cost to convert to residential may be as high as the cost to tear down and rebuild for optimal efficiency.
It is really a matter of pride that an Iranian has reached this level and it really makes me happy. Hopefully, with God's help, we will see you rise above this level. I hope you will see and like my comment.
Will the building cash flow after financing with little to no vacancy? What would the cap rate be at that point? What’s your strategy and projected hold? Thanks Manny.
Manny... you need to make a cowoking drop shipping space. Coworking so far has been restricted to tech workers, but mechanics, drop shippers, and other modern economic endeavors need the same thing.
if i had a say. id suggest mod the chiron with a custom hermes orange and logo speedometer on the dash. in my opinion would fit perfectly with the combination. but as always up to you. im just a brokie. (:
