That definitely was a delivery truck (yes, I know all trucks are lol), it was more than likely a home improvement company, that’s definitely a piggy back truck

About the engine, I know on Bruce Wilson‘s RU-vid channel. He just took an X 15 Cummins out of a truck that had 4000 miles on it. Not sure if he still has that engine. It was for sale.

Looks pretty clean overall, if you can get a motor priced right you should be ahead of the game, try Bruce Wilson ,he had some cummins engines for sale,he is on u tube

#5 connecting rod came loose knowing it’s a Cummins with 200,000+ on it I’ve towed a few with that issue

I wouldn’t doubt if it’s the Fuel Pump with the Ceramic Plungers inside. They have taken out thousands of engines. See if the update was done with the Stainless Steel plungers. They were very well known for that .

The truck is definitely a solid truck. I noticed that it has two steering gears so it must be at least twenty thousand pounds GVW just on the front or steer axle. The truck probably came from the oil and gas industry. The truck definitely looks well cared for except something happened to the engine. Did the oil pan get bumped and loose the engine oil. The truck looks as the it has a double frame. It is definitely a beautiful truck. It would be a great truck to have a heavy duty roll back bed on. It would move dozens up to John Deer or Case up to and including 650 size and other construction equipment. The four axle truck with the heavy front axle the truck would carry a twenty five ton load. Definitely is a great truck.

You did good that Cummins or Packcar they are suppose to be the easiest to work on and parts are some what cheaper that should be a really good truck coming from Oklahoma I'm in Oklahoma we hardly ever have a winter here that truck had to of been from western Oklahoma or south southwestern Oklahoma that's where all the red dirt is.

I saw a few engine for sale down in Florida ( market place Miami ect...

why would u remove the dash cam it can save on ur insurance's long as it doesn't face the driver or cover up that part, mechanical lowboys are just cheaper to buy less to break perhaps too but a lot of added work

If u need another truck I got same setup but international with DT466 no def or crap doesn't run for $6000 28 foot bed factory truck

I have a few of those in our fleet as heavy hooklift roll-off trucks. They're pretty bulletproof & the emissions give us almost no issues. I really want to see you pop the cabin air filter out on camera - it's got to be blood red with that OK dirt... We have huge issues with those filters as our bin yard is silt/dirt dust & turns to concrete when dampened. Our guys love to kick up dust, back into their bin & take lunch with the AC vents open sucking silt. Otherwise its a good combo for a straight truck - we also have piggys to haul around for deliveries!
