Just got mine last Wednesday and have had it out on the water a few times and so far I really dig it. Fits perfectly in my Kia Soul. It was a little tippy at first but adjusting the stirrups and the seat helped me find my perfect balance point. I’m pretty sure it’s basically a copy of the Brooklyn Kayak Co. 9ft Modular kayak. Enjoy it man and safe paddling!

This company and bkc both just order already available kayaks from Chinese manufacturers. They’re not responsible for much other than choosing their color scheme and accessory positions, but I credit them for bringing these more prominently into the US

The pedals have adjustments to adjust for height, that's what the numbers are for on the drive.

thank you for this review dude, interesting idea, the mounts are just called tracks I think which allows you to adjust lengthwise, you can put timestamps into your description to assembling various parts

Love the channel!!! I have the same kayak and was wondering if your seat reclines on its own like mine does and also turning the steering lever to your right if yours hits the frame for the seat. So far these are the only issues I've noticed aside from adding a cotter pin to the rudder cause that keyring they give you doesn't seem very sturdy lol...let me know your thoughts if you would and keep up the great kayak fishing videos!!

@@waynosphotography4719 I appreciate that man! Yeah, over the course of the day, my seat will eventually recline a little bit but I just adjust it back and it’s fine for me. And I think the steering lever rubbing on your seat frame is a defect because mine doesn’t do that. You might have to make some adjustment to it

Cool when it comes to storing at home(especially if u live in small area), have a truck with a small bed(other wise I'd prefer tying onto the roof with cross bars or cross pads bcoz of the kayak making a mess inside a car is a no bueno😅), but overall seems legit(I got to check the pricing) Enjoy!

That's pretty cool bit might be a good idea to keep a small paddle in the kayak, the pedals can fail or break. I'm interested in getting into some Inflatable SUP fishing. Or even Drop stitch inflatable kayaks they are pretty ridged

Not necessarily matching the lure and water color but knowing what color shows up best in different water clarity. For example, muddy water = black and blue, junebug, shiny spinners. clear water = green pumpkin, light brown, etc. That’s what I’ve found to work best for me

Glad i found your vid. I have wanted the Brooklyn MPK9 for months but they're on backorder. Finding this one made my day! I have one coming Wednesday. I found the best smallmouth place of my life the other day but had to walk about a mile 1 way. Ill use mine for lakes and rivers both. I thijk ill add the cart wheels soon so i can reach more places in there mountains. Thanks for the vid. It gave me enough confidence to order one.

Yep, I haven’t been in too many kayak but it’s the most stable I’ve ever been in. I stood up in it for a minute. I plan on standing up in it in one of my next videos because I’m going to be doing some sight fishing. I would say you wouldn’t have too many stability issues in it unless you load it weird

I love it man, it’s super convenient especially if you don’t have a truck or don’t go with other people all the time. I haven’t put anything on mine yet but I do plan to put some kind of fish finder on it eventually. I still need to do some more research on it and find out what else would be good to put on it If you’re looking for a kayak, I’ve really enjoyed this one. This is all coming from a first time kayak owner tho

Sitting down, the kayak balance is great! But I haven’t been able to master standing up in it just yet!

I'll choose my inflatable expedition 85 by aquaglide any day of the week. I can go more places than a kayak. My buddy is with me right now and he can't even launch where I'm launching tomorrow because its a kayak and Packrafts go more places where kayaks cannot go. The future of the sport is shifting to inflatable kayaks.

@@kevinhood9781 I’m in cahoots with a manufacturer that makes a spot lock gps trolling motor setup. Pretty excited as I’ll be featuring them on my website. Besides I have Jon boat with trollling motor and kayak with trolling motor pack raft still 5x better than both of the combined.

I had to rescue a buddy after his aquaglide rolled him over on a weed bed. All his tackle sunk 10-20' and he got tangled in the kelp.... this was about 30' from shore. Inflatables have their place, but calling em the future of the sport... 😂😂😂😂

I’m loving it! Should be coming out with a new vid here in a week or two. I don’t really have too many complaints with the pedal drive system so I’d say I enjoy it. Not sure what the difference is to the fin drive tho
