Yeah I’ve received shoes from Nike personally and from goat with different color insole stitchings. According to goat and stockx customer service, Nike has so many factories that when some are running low on supplies they’ll use whatever threading they have left to finish up shoes.
That’s unacceptable honestly. Like what bullshit is saying ohh imma just throw whatever’s left on this shoe. That could be a make or break for someone wanting to buy that shoe. Nike needs to step up
@@jakehooper4891 I personally don’t care about the insole color stitching as long as I know it’s from the company, but yeah sucks they don’t put in the full effort on the products we buy that supports them.
@@jakehooper4891 I’ve been working in the sneaker industry for over 3 years now and I can confirm that Nikes quality has gone down rapidly as soon as corona started and people been getting into Nikes even more then they were before - so Nike just prints more money with less quality 🤫
What pisses me off about stock x isn’t even the fact that they show you the sale price, THEN show you what you’re actually going to pay - it’s the fact that the more expensive the shoe the more the processing and verification is. It should be a set amount. Just because my retro toro 5’s aren’t worth much doesn’t mean it should cost more to do an off white Jordan 5.

I personally just think Nike is just throwing shoes together at this point. They're making more money than ever with shoes making so many different colorways and such so they just don't care, I've seen so many retail pairs purchased from Nike directly look worse than some replica pairs. which is sad to see

Should’ve done this video with the 2021 Cool Grey 11’s. There are legit issues knowing the difference between authentic and “replica.” I ordered that sneaker twice and sent both back. From one of the major resellers you bought from last year and in this video.
eBay used to be my favorite because of the great steals you can find, but I got a shoe recently listed as brand new and it was really scuffed up when it came in. I spent $350 and have tried to return and appeal multiple because they clearly weren’t looked at but still no refund.

@@jonathanstromberg1925 You don't appeal on ebay just do a return on the seller and say the shoe is not as described in the listing etc or shoe is not new and the listing I bought said It was a new/brand new shoe which means never worn. The seller doesn't get a choice of what happens and ebay almost always gives the buyer the upper hand

You needed to take pictures of the scuffed shoes and explain to ebay it’s just like if you bought a tv and it came scratched or scuffed up it isn’t technically new. Also the sellers pictures how clear were they and in his description did he sly in used anywhere

I buy from GOAT all the time and this has happened to me a couple of times… if it says seller confirmed/packaging you can email GOAT and tell them it’s been awhile and they will locate another buyer for you
I picked a hell of a time to finally start collecting SB/Dunks 😂😂they’ve always been my favorite sneakers. I bought off stock X for the first time and it took them 5 days to get it to me meanwhile when I buy on goat I get it like 3 weeks later idk why but I always have a bad experience with goat but everyone seems to have the best.
I like Poshmark. You can share other people’s items, submit an offer, and if the shoes are not real, you can send them back. That not so okay part is the 20% mark up
Posh has more fakes and scammers than legit. If it weren’t for ring cameras I would have got ripped off for a shoe that said delivered but never did. PayPal won the fight with Poshmark for me.
