I honestly doubt that. You got a boosted 3 cylinder pushing 300HP. This motor is going to be run stressed for it's entire life. Go back to driving your clapped out 92 Tercel you nerd.
Kinda wish they sold the GR yaris in the US. You literally get a car and engine downtuned from the WRC. It's like the 90s again where power was capped but a small retune unlocks a lot more than you bargained for.
@@BadBrad61169 there’s literally nothing economy about the gr Corolla,😂. The only thing in commonality with the economy car is the name and the shape. There’s an infinite amount more of technology, engineering, and technicality that goes into making this than a Jetski. That’s such a silly comparison
@@phantom498 interior is barely different from the base model which is plastic and go ahead and google Seadoo Rotax engines and get back to me. My jetski out performs this economy car.
@@HoldMyPumpkinsIf your whole three braincells can only think about cylinders vs HP output then you got other issues. For 50k this is one of the best buys and these cars proved themselves to be fun, not break all the time and not depreciate in record time. Pretty sure a used Camaro or Mustang is also a good buy but that does not make this a bad choice. In fact for driving fun this Toyota 100% is the better choice overall.
f80 m3 would have been way less fun. small turbo cars are where its at. How do you find the pedals and seating placement? I heard the GR yaris had some really big issues with that, you can't heel and toe in it very easily.
@@nikolaiiaksenov thats pretty awesome, very jealous. you don't see any of them on the road here in Australia. GR yaris is everywhere and they are awesome.
Congrats bro. In my shiitty 3rd world country, the price for a basic subaru impreza WRX (no sti) is $65.000. For a basic miata mx5 $75k. For a basic mustang ecoboost $80k. And normal basic hybrid sedan corolla $40k
Realisticly anyone who buys a new car is an idiot and pissing their money away. At least buying a Toyota you will piss less away in the long term. No repairs and they hold their value. But still if you actually value your money then you wouldnt buy new.
You could have gotten a 5.0 mustang for that price. Dare I say a Camaro even. Or a dodge. I mean 50k for a 3cyl is kinda crazy. But not for a 5.0 putting out almost 500 hp…. 🤷🏼 just sayin.. and it’s just as reliable. No matter what ppl say. I don’t think any brand is better than the other these days.
