I work in Electronics Refurbished company and rest assured I can tell you that most of the products people will get will not see scratches (usually it is buyers remorse.) Maybe 1-2 scratches and it wont be visible to the eyes unless you really really focus and look for it. If it more than 3-4 scratches then most likely we put in a different condition. If it a a steep visible scratch then we usually recycle them and will not sell them. The goal is to make refurbished product like new, so customers will have an experience of buying second chance product without breaking the bank.
I had issue once with this keyboard that it wasn't turning ON after returning to my computer in the morning. I had to try switching different modes wireless/usb/bt and unplug-plug usb before it turns ON. The keyboard battery is 100% and plugged all the time.
Are you able to use their software to change the colors when in wireless mode? I had mine customized before the firmware update, after the firmware update I can't change it anymore. Is this normal for you?
