You have to shake those kinetics for awhile before they are charged enough to stay running. The tick tick stop means the capacitor is low not bad.

@@hightechredneck5603 yes I shock them for a long time and not much. The capacitors only last around 10 years

Next time , consider first going thru the box and then picking out the interesting pieces and discussing them in more detail, as opposed to this skip diving exercise. So boring.
