Actually their is a clackers called "lato lato" it was so popular that kids couldn't stop playing it even there is a challenge of the lato lato but there is a problem many kids have lato lato and start practicing it but it hits from their arm or hand which it will be harmful ana many days later news starts reporting that kids gets bruises from the lato lato and almost kids doesn't play it anymore and its from the Philippines Hope you enjoy
