Amyris Homme Extrait is awesome and unlike anything else I've tried - it's hard for "everyday" fragrances to standout and this one does. So well blended, smells amazing.
Had no idea that Kurkdjian created Le Male, but...of course he did. Have Grand Soir and Oud now, and have been through many bottles of Le Male over the years, probably the most popular men's fragrance of my generation.
I personally thing Kurkdjian is a phenomenal chemist. The way he constructs perfumery is really fabulous. Very modern, clean, masterfully constructed French perfumery. I fully agree with your choice. However, Kurkdjian's style is too modern, the nature of it is too modern and clean for my liking. So I think, I won't invest money in full bottles. One exception is Masculine Pluriel. I still prefer more complex fougere perfumery, this is slightly too clean and linear to my personal taste, however one of most beautiful lavender top accords I have experienced. This owns a big potential to be in my life perfume wardrobe. Very nice material to watch, thanks Omar.

I'm pretty sure the Petit matin's 4 hour longevity is on purpose, you throw on the light morning perfume at 11 and then you spray on the big evening at 4-5 o clock. They intertwine really well with each other and you don't wear a morning fragrance late into the night.
Wow, your 10's are very similar to my own too! I'd say the Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait, Grand Soir, Oud Satin Mood, and Gentle Fluidity Gold are full-bottle worthy!

@@patr70 I don't understand how you can think oud satin mood is a masterpiece, for starters it smells like just about every single oud, rose and saffron fragrance that's ever been made it's not even unique. The only thing it does well is it's beast mode longevity but there's no point even having a fragrance so strong when it smells so bad And as someone who doesn't really like oud, I guess I like that the oud you can't really smell it. Downside is I don't like rose either and you can definitely smell rose like a lot of it and it stinks like old ladies
As a woman that adores vanilla, amber and MFK. Fluidity gold is one of the only vanilla based fragrances that I own that can be worn on summer months without being nauseating. I wouldn’t wear it in 90+ degree weather, but depending on how hot it is, go for it! But then again everyone’s chemistry is different
As a female I LOVE wearing L’homme a la rose which took me by surprise. I originally got the men’s discovery box as my taste leans more unisex/masculine. Out of all the fragrances I enjoyed it the most!
Picked up a sample of Grand Soir weeks ago and am wearing it today. Bought a 9mL decant yesterday. I liked Gentle Fluidity on a strip, havent done a skin test yet.

This was my first Niche fragrance and man when I tell you that stuff is so 😊 good!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Yes it's expensive 💰💰💰but I can honestly say that it's worth the money!! I wanted a fragrance to set myself apart from most!!! And I found what I was looking for with this one!!! This is a very classy, upscale, unique, opulent, seductive fragrance 👍🏾 be very careful with the sprays!!! Spray your garment 24 hours in advance once!!! Then apply one spray on skin and you will get 18 to 24 hours of longevity!!! I kid you not!!! Get a sample and try it for yourself.
I bought Aqua Celestia cologne forte and didn’t like it. A year later I went back to it and I really like how it changed. I’m sure he probably got these new. Let them sit and I think they get a lot better
Im a female who lives in an area with hot dry weather and this effects the performance. BKR540 works so well in summer. GF silver is amazing , it’s the coriander note that didn’t work well. The ambergris is divine. Another perfume reviewer calls it the “bad bitch female Dorian Grey CEO scent “ and I’m all for it!
Okay this is the one I was waiting for. I love what Francis did with Jpg and I wanted for long to hear the opinions before buying his own fragrances as I cannot try them anywhere
Good to see Masculin Pluriel getting some more love! Absolutely beautiful scent, definitely the best modern fougere imo. Big lover of Gentle Fluidity Silver as well, but I can understand why it’s not for everyone...

Gentle fluidity and oud satin mood are my favourite.. I just got gentle fluidity bottle. It’s the best perfume and most unique fragrance I have smelled till now..

I just received a sample of BR540 and Oud Satin. Love them both. Also, received Aqua Universalis and that’s just not for me. I wish I had found your reviews prior to making my selections.
This is really interesting: Masculin Puriel only lasts about 2 hours on my skin but Petit Matin performs really well. It lasts about 8 hours. And you have it the other way around. I wish Masculin Puriel lasted longer on me. I think this is the best barbershop-type fragrance ever created. Great video.
One of my favourite houses. - Br540 extrait is a 10 for me. Performance is monster and sillage amazing. - grand sour is nice, but I don’t get much performance on my skin unfortunately. 8/10 - Amyis homme is nice, but closest to being designed for me. Nothing wrong with that. 7/10 - a La rose is well made and a realistic wearable unique freshy. 8.5/10 - GFS is the modern fougere I prefer. High quality. 8.5/10 -GFG is too close to Intense cafe on my skin. It’s not bad. 6.5/10 - oud edp is a perfect sophisticated work scent 10/10 - oud extrait is too sweet for me 8/10 - oud satin edp took a long time for me to get used to. Cloying a bit. But after a while I got used to it and enjoying it 8.5/10 (extrait is similar) - oud silk edp is my favourite rose oud. Awesome. 9/10 (extrait is a 10/10) - petit matin my favourite orange blossom. Love it and great performance. 9.5/10 - Aqua fragrances are nice and classy any high quality, but not my favourites from the house.
Just got Grand Soir and I like it more than Xerjoff Naxos. It gives me similar feeling like Naxos, but more special feeling…Naxos smells like those milk & honey hand soaps to me…
*The original Oud is a “challenging” fragrance? Really? This is the most crowd pleasing Oud fragrances either ever owned, beautiful profile and one of my highest complimented fragrances. Also the extrait doesn’t smell like the EDP. It almost has a different scent profile.*
for real. the only unsafe frags in the line are cashmere and velvet to some extent. not to mention that these synthethic ouds are childs play compared to the true middle eastern oud frags.
I really tried to love Br540, Br540 exrait & Grand soir but i just cant, i bought the sample 4x times on all three fragnancs, i just do not like it. I do not like it on my skin. And grand soir is to heavy. But grand soir on some man, i loved it.☺️

I had a bottle of grand soir, didn't do it for me so I sold it and got back what I paid. Bought Tom Ford amber absolute , grand soir isn't in amber absolutes league. Yep if you can find it you pay a premium but it is worth every penny. Perfect amber.
Thanks for the great video! Inward really suprised, that Amyris Homme didn’t perform that well on you. Ok my skin it lasts like literally forever easyli can smell it after 10 hours. When i bought that scent, I also sprayed like 1-2 times on my shirt. Stopped doing that, cause I still could smell even after washing it 1 time at 60 degree 😅
If you’re a male, I would recommend 540 in extrait. Fragrance is very similar to the Eau with a touch of masculinity, which separates the two in my opinion red bottle for men clear bottle for women. Not the rule just my opinion.
I tried the entire selection of the house and my fav is actually Aqua Vitae Forte, follow closely by Aqua Universalist Forte. De Parma is way sport soap than these Aqua line, and I don't like sport soap. If I want that I'd just take a shower. Aqua Vitae Forte has nothing close to it to my nose. I can't even find a clone of it. The closest thing is to go out in the garden and grab actual ylang-ylang and crush it with cardamom. I spend too much buying all the Vitae Forte in my vicinity because I love it so much and I have a feeling they don't sell too well. BR540 is nice, but I prefer the AVF and AVU. If you are new to fragrance, don't take other people's words for it. You need to test and you'll know where your taste lies and which content creator you should follow. I find out that most men frags are not the note I like.
BR540 is great but when my bottle runs out I’m definitely not buying it again. The new CDN knock off is almost 100% spot on and it’s $50. BR540 layered with Aventus works great too.
Imo satin mood is too strong and almost no rose but lots of vanilla, silk mood on the other side is a lot of rose wich I think makes this oud fragrance so beautiful and wearable
