Hi Rachel!! I’ve been a long time subscriber but I’ve never introduced myself lol. I’m a retired combat veteran and I just wanted you to know that your videos honestly brighten up my days and thank you for being “here” for many of us that may need some pick-me-ups something. 💕
I thought the same as Christopher why not get an electric toothbrush. That being said I bought the pens she’s talking about and I love it, it’s quick and easy and it does a great job. And it’s cheap.
I think two systems for containers is perfect - one for leftovers, one for travel. Leftovers don't have to be leakproof, really, but the travel ones absolutely have to be.
We have those kinds of floss in the Netherlands for years (so i would guess you can find it by different brands and find one in your pricerange). I love them! They are less 'sharp' when inserting them between your teeth. But because of the texture, they clean better! Hope this helps.
Idk about this one but I've been using Cocofloss for awhile and I really like it. It's not as puffy as this one looks but it's textured from cocofibers andI really do notice a difference. More importantly, they have lots of fun flavors lol. Honestly, I originally got them because the ones my dentist gives out has a lot less for a lot more plastic and I liked that Cocofloss offers 33 yrds and refills.
Afternoon Rachel! Longtime subscriber (over 7 years) who is now mostly bedbound due to chronic illness and incredibly thankful for people like you I can escape life with. I cannot afford to test things due to limited finances so truthful reviews like yours are valuable beyond words! Thank you ❤ for being real and relatable
@@Tuakie thank you. Those spoons are so valuable aren’t they?! I look for those things and always try to remember I know it’s a good day because I woke up today!
Hey Rachel! I love the videos on both your channels and watch them as soon as they're up. If Dibs is comfortable with it, it would be so fun to see wedding related content. Bridesmaid/bridal dress try ons from online, bridal shower recipes, decor DIY etc! Maybe even making a wedding cake?
That Risewell floss made me think of the "Super Floss" I had to use with my braces. It worked, and I didn't mind, but SO MANY friends had issues with the cotton fluffiness 😂
I agree with sticking to one system for the food containers, and I LOVE glass ones. But would NEVER give them to my 7-year-old to take to school 😅 And the floss looks like the one that's specific for using on braces and teeth replacements!
I’ve only bought one thing from TikTok and I’m awaiting its arrival. They’re little over the ear headphones from Lenovo that store and charge on a ball thing on a lanyard. I have a hard time with ear buds staying in because my ear canals are small, so I thought these would be more comfortable. I’ll report my findings when they come. They’re due around next weekend. The StoJo looks like the pizza keeper that was on Shark Tank. I don’t remember if you reviewed it or James from Freakin’ Reviews, but I bought during Prime Days last summer and I love it. It’s much better that using baggies for leftover pizza and it collapses for storage.
GUM brand has an expanding floss that only expands while using got it on Amazon canada and it works way better than normal floss because it expands and cleans more of each tooth
Hi Rachel, long time subscriber here! I’m a store manager with Sephora. I just love watching you as a fellow Canadian, you just bring so much positivity and you introduce me to so many cool things! Thanks for being you!
So my mom used to sell jewelry. One of the best cleaners for jewelry is dish soap in a little bit of water with a baby tooth brush it’s safe for all most all stones (pearls and opals shouldn’t have chemicals used on them) also sonic cleaners can shake your stones loose. ( causing lost diamonds) Dish soap works great because it de solves oils and trapped gunk…. Try its cheap and easy to keep your jewelry supper sparkly (avoid the ones with bleach tho)
I don't think you followed the BOCE directions correctly. It said "Place your drink on the coaster" you placed a shot glass on the coaster. I think the results would have been totally different if the drink had direct contact with the BOCE for five minutes. I could be wrong or the product is amazing even if they didn't tell you that you have to lick the coaster afterwards.
Hi! I would LOVE to hear more about the sustainability that these companies provide. I think so often with these types of products we see, single use items, or lots of plastic in the packaging. It would be so cool if you could talk about that part of buying these products too! 🥰
What was the verdict on the floss? Did I just miss it? The cotton texture kind of grosses me out but I could probably get past it if the weirdness is worth it and the product is incredible lol
Love theses videos BUT the way you pronounce aera... Makes my little Greek self have goosebumps. I BELIEVE they named it aEra (no silent letters) aera in greek means Air ! Thank you for coming to my Ted talk 😂❤️
I ONLY have collapsible containers and it is great! I don't get how it is not a thing over there. You can just get them in a regular store in Germany and mine are definitely leakproof. The also have a spot where air can escape in the lid but it is for microwaving it
Does anyone remember the kids floss that was cottony like that but flavored that had that grape powder on it? I use to love that but can't find it for my own kids now a days sadly. Or did I make this up?! 😂
The diamond toothbrush is a waste of money, Just buy an ultrasonic cleaner. Fill it up with water and some soap and drop your jewelry into it. It will clean your jewelry better than that tool.
I really enjoy your videos 🥰 …also super random question, is using the words hand cream versus lotion a Canadian thing or a Rachel thing? I just rarely hear that used. Like purse versus pocketbook maybe?
And if you have kids , dont spend too much on your containers if you dont want to be that crazy mother storming into the school looking for a lunch box that you over invested in.😅😂😂
As an autistic I will admit that floss is a sensory nightmare and the threads do come apart if you have tighter teeth. It's less likely to just slice the gums though, and gathers a gross amount of plaque compared to synthetic floss Can't say wether or not it pushes the gums down too much though, as personally if I floss frequently with it, I feel as if my gumline gets lower... then again, I can't brush my teeth more than once a day because even super soft bristles irritate my gums so I'm reduced to scraping the gunk buildup by hand or soft cloth and slathering on toothpaste to try to make up for it.
I also have a phobia of cotton!!!!!!! I've never met anyone else except my mom and I feel seen by Christopher! AND TO PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH IS SACRILEGIOUS!!!!! 🤮
Love you but even more that I know now people will pay over 200$ for an electric toothy for cleaning jewelry no different than any head you can find and God knows how much for a piece of cardboard that claims to be magic!!!!
Just to clarify the Risewell mints aren’t really meant to be a full alternative to brushing. They make great toothpaste as well. The mints are more for if you’re out and about and can’t brush your teeth sort of speak then these mints are useful. A healthier better for your teeth alternative to store mints.
When my daughters had braces, they were given some floss exactly like that with all the strands. The package said it’s for wider gaps in your teeth and was perfect for people with braces
😮😮😮😮😳$160 to clean jewelry 😱 electric tooth brush is right and some diluted ammonia ,OMG ARE THEY HIGH AND CRAZY? TAKE 1 CUP WATER 2 TEASPOONS OF AMONIA , A SIFT TOOTH BRUSH , wa laaaaa $160 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄. Highway robbery JULI!
I wished you had test the stojo with liquid to see if it leaked alot. Side note, the anchor is great because you can buy just replacement lids if needed.
Can’t believe the paper coaster didn’t change the flavor 🙀 Didn’t you say you was getting your hair chopped off, did I miss that haircut somehow? Love the videos. ❤❤
