not gonna lie.. ive watched a lot of videos over the years, but this the first one ive watched second for second without having to skip through all the over-the-top youtuber personality act... the calmer tone and new editing style hit on point. cant wait to see this rebuilt man.
Idk if you've gotten tired of keeping up the high octane energy, or if you're just trying a different format for your videos, but honestly man? This is one of my favorite videos of yours. Nice work
Came here to say this. This is such a refreshing video that doesn’t open with energy level at 1000. I’ve been hoping this is how the uploads would eventually evolve into.
The content and editing of the video feels more like his real self. Love his work for like 2 years but losing interest in the last few months. This is the first vid in a bit that I’ve clicked on. 😊
@@JonQue I think just buying and driving cars is kind of boring. He probably saw the 2 to 3 million views Tavarish is doing per P1 video with only half of Strad's viewers, and figured he should start throwing a few rehabs onto the channel.
Now this is one awesome video James. It ticks all the boxes of being fun and informative, I also love the overall vibe of this one from beginning to end. Keep it up, would love to see more videos like this from you in the future. 👍
This was a surprisingly mature take on the carvlog genre. I've been watching for a while, and I have to say, just as I was getting tired of the format you had been doing, you have revamped my appreciation for this channel with this new style. Right on James!
Yeah I honestly stopped watching his videos a while back it’s so boring watching a guy just collecting cars, only rebuild video and reviews videos are fun / entertaining to watch watching a guy shouting because he got a new car is just boring
This whole calmer James is so refreshing. No disrespect, I love you, and have for years man, but damn. This was an amazing new performance from you. Amazing edits, and the narration is perfection! Keep up the hard work and get your car 100% soon! 😊
This was the first video of Stradman that we never skipped. Never wanted this video to end. Keep up this style and ur over the moon. All the best from SOUTH AFRICA
I love the calm and hyper speaking, it's hard doing videos and takes a lot. People want hyper, but as i age i like normal calm and your giving that lately which is appreciated so much. Great videos man
Video was so sick!! And i can see the thought process as well. Sell clean 812. Buy salvaged 812. Fix said 812. And then drive the absolute crap out of it without affecting the resale value of the car. It's salvaged, so it basically has none
Honestly, I have trouble believing salvaged supercars are not worth a lot. Especially the history of this one. Your average sedan / SUV sure. Fixed this one could easily be 250-300k
I wouldn't at all say it is worthless by any means. Hell, he bought it as is for close to 200k. But within the realm of supercars, racking up miles on a salvaged 812 probably feels better then on a clean one. We all know how much Strad loves driving that car. But who knows. I could be completely wrong. Not An Expert
It’s actually brilliant, because what he did was essentially make more money by selling a clean title 812, take profit, buy the same car, for much less, and fix it by making a series out of it, to make even more money to not only fix it, but make even more money to pay for all his other cars, house etc… plus getting a collab with Matt Armstrong or tavarish to bring even more views and a new audience to his channel that is similar content. Basically James just made even more money and will get more money and get even more cars because of it. Plus it might be a tax write off since it is a business expense.
Mr. James, this video was on a completely different level! I've enjoyed your videos for years, never commented, but I absolutely love what you've done with this one. All the different shots and angles, the voiceovers and editing... 👏🏽👏🏽👌🏽 Bravo! I'm so glad for your journey and all you've accomplished. Keep staying true to yourself and continue trusting your instincts. Love it, Bro!
Quick 3 mins in i gotta say the new format of background narration makes the video seem much more...leveled if that make sense been watching for awhile and it made this particular video much more engaging nice video Strad, hope to see more like this.
I loved this video James. The narrative voice was awesome and you toned down, you were not aggressive in your talking as usual, it was very pleasant to watch. Well done!
Love the calm vibes of this vid. So nice when my boy isn’t so obnoxious and loud. Thanks for this James, if more vids are like this in the future I will start back watching the vids (I think I speak for more than myself with this statement ).
This is a BIG W BRO!!!!!!!!!! I am absolutely pumped to get the results , obviously a widebody kit and crazy colour , exhaust and personalization would be dope too , AWESOME DECISION BROTHER :)
yeah, strad vids might have 700K+ views but his daily views are low compared to others, so he gotta do something that is popular style of video to get back on the youtube game
I really enjoy these repair videos for interesting cars. This opens up an entire new avenue of video content for the Stradman. Build a shop out back, get a frame machine, watch some repair videos on youtube. Go nuts. Ill watch all of it!
Great video, can’t wait to watch the series! Reminds me a lot of Matt Armstrong and Tavarish. Good change of pace, and very smart to introduce a new style of content. Great work!
JAMES! Love the new editing and narrator vibe!! Please keep this style in place it’s awesome! You really nailed this video man. Can’t wait to watch this rebuild happen. I’m sure it’ll get rebuilt before the gallardo will 😅😅
I feel some Goonzquad and Matt Armstrong vibes about rebulding wrecked cars. Im looking forward to this series. Love your vids and keep up the great work Strad!
