I did it! I bought my dream tiny home! Yesterday was the delivery day and I wanted to share the big day with you. It was quite an experience and took some team effort, but it's officially here and my tiny house life is starting now! I also give you an empty tiny house tour in this video. You guys, moving in to a new space when you have no furniture our things for a home is EXPENSIVE. I can't fully move in yet, because I still need things for my place, so although I have my tiny home, I won't be able to fully move in for a little while (hoping it will be in the next couple of weeks) But I'll keep you updated every step of the way!

I have a Corduroy. I love it. Sleeping on it is like a cloud. It can be a bit tricky to put it back in chair form. Work with it downstairs first so you can make sure it forms well. Also, if you have queen size. It’s going to be HUGE. I have a full size. Thinking about getting a queen size cover when it’s in chair form so that it’s not so stiff and I can be more comfy sitting on it and not sliding off.

That is a beautiful tiny home and it looks comfortable in that it has one of the best functional floorplans, use of space and options I have seen. The beautiful staircase rather than a ladder to the main loft , bathtub and the washer/dryer combo unit are huge sellers for me too and would be exactly what I would want too in a tiny home for myself . Congratulations Annie, you chose well and I know you will be happy there once you get it set up to live in properly.

Thank you! I had very specific things that I wanted and this had all of them. I was actually having a difficult time finding all of those elements for the longest time. I would find some that were close, but then wouldn't have a second loft space... I found this company less than 2 months ago. So happy with this choice!

Beautiful home!! The only thing that would be a little difficult for me to work with would be the loft areas. Not being able to stand up and having to squat, crawl around these rooms. I’d end up “forgetting” and standing up and hitting my head on the ceiling!😅

Congratulations Annie!!! Your Tiny Home has kept popping into my mind over the past week or so, so I checked your channel to see if there was an update. LOL! No update... the whole shabang instead!! I thought it wasn't arriving until the Spring. It looks great!!! Confused though..... I thought you were going to be a few acres away from your parents house. I totally get that. I will say, I rushed and kind of skipped explaining that part. What I plan to do is for anyone who wants to help out in that way, I’m going to gift coaching sessions and my digital products like courses and scripting journals, etc.. I was going to go more in depth about it, but there was so much was going on when I was filming that it just didn’t call come out of my brain right. I put a little info about it in the description of this video. I planned to explain more in depth in a coming video. Just trying to get creative with being able to move into this place. I’ve had to spend tens of thousands is in the last month and half for down payment and getting things set up, so it’s a bit tight right now.

i'd take the roof off over the loft and put a heightened glass roof on (conservatory style) will give extra height to sit at a desk and also be great for star gazing/spiritual practices especially at night.

This is awesome!! I love it! It’s perfect and I want one A LOT!!! However I need somewhere to put it lol. I would definitely like content about how you like it and how sustainable you think it is to live in one for a long time. I think it’s a great alternative to renting and buying a large house. Oh I feel you! I wanted to put it further up on my families property, but they actually said that it would’ve been really hard if not nearly impossible to put it up on the hill, since it was already so hard to get it up the driveway, which is on a hill, but up the property is all gravel and steep. I will have it here for a little while and then maybe in the future I’ll get my own piece of land. Not gonna lie, when I was told I would have to put it right by my parents for now, I was really resistant, but I figured I might as well do it and have my own space and use it as a stepping stone. I’ll definitely keep everyone updated on the journey!

@@OhhMyAnniethat's right it's not forever! And it will be nice to have them next door In case you feel weird living in a new space. And they can come visit easily and later move it. Nothing is forever so just enjoy this time and plan for the future when that comes. But this is such a huge accomplishment! Having your own home in any capacity is what many people dream of. Oh my gosh! I am so happy and excited for you, Annie! Congratulations! The only thing missing was of course, Louise. But I’m sure you’re getting everything ready for her new home. I love tiny homes. It’s really odd… I’ve been watching so many different videos about tiny homes. I’m petite, so I would love to have one someday. I think making a video answering some of our questions would be wonderful! I’m just curious about some of the things you had from your old apartment. Are you going to be bringing anything to your new house? And is your kitchen big enough to have a small kitchen island? One that can fold up to a small table. Also, I hope you can look into getting a tall cat tree for Louise to be able to climb up to Your office/second loft. There is a cat condo company in Ontario California. They have so many different sized condos. You might want to look into that. Just a thought. Congratulations, Annie!! ♥♥♥I am so happy for you!! You found a REALLY good house, I absolutely love this, its so nicely done!! The finishes are SO nice, and with the window over the sink. The layout is great, the height and room you have in the lofts is amazing, and all the windows!! Louise is going to LOVE this!! 😻The staircase is perfect!!I could go on and on......I have looked at tiny houses for several years, including going to the the Colorado Tiny Home Festival, and I have to agree with cisio64123 that this is what I would want in a tiny home, also. I wanted to, but there were a few issues. It would’ve cost about another $20k more to get water and septic and electricity up there, as well as taken probably around 6 months to get installed… and then also the builders said it would’ve been nearly impossible to deliver it up there because it’s on a steel gravel road. So the plan is to have it here for now as a stepping stone

That's great and it looks beautiful! I imagine there are still things they need to do before you can actually move in, right? (I'm thinking things like leveling your home, hooking up to power, water, septic, cable, internet, ad infinitum.) Do you have a timeline for when you'll move in? And what about all the stuff you put in storage when you left LA? Will you be using some of those things?

Yep! I went and got a converter last night, so I have power. It’s just temporary because my brother is an electrician and he’s going to put a more sustainable high-voltage option in. We have the septic set up, I just have to have my nieces husband who is a plumber come and actually connect it and then I bought a drinking water quality home to hook up the water… but need the septic hooked up before that can be used. Other than that, I need furniture. I ordered a couch and I’m going to use a mattress at my parents have. For the most part, I’m gonna have to buy all new things. I would have to take a trip down to California and get things out of storage, but I don’t think any of those things are even usable for this space.

I think there’s enough space between the cupboard and toilet in the bathroom. If not, I would potentially take the doors off of there, covered under the sink in the bathroom and put it in there.

I’m going to do a coat breakdown video, because there were other elements other than the tiny home itself. But I will say for now that my monthly payments are around $1475… which is basically like a rent except I get to own it. Actually, it’s way less than my rent in LA. My LA rent was $2300 for a luxury studio apartment! 🤯

I remember there was another video from you saying you were trying to manifest big house that you've always wanted. I am not here to bring negative energy but I honestly don't like people who fake things on youtube. You may video some morning routing but you don't actually do it kinda fakeness.
