Getting a set of BBS was also on my checklist to get on my car, found a set of like new CH's for my GTI back in 2013 and they've been on ever since. Been a fan of them since seeing them on factory VWs growing up in the 90s. Just love how understated they are and how most of their wheels never look dated.
Agreed, BBS is known for their timeless designs. When I had a WRX the CHR's were my go to wheels, just couldnt spend all that money as a college student lol
The specs for this setup is : Front : 20 X 9 ET 15 Rear : 20 X 10 ET 20 Tires are Michelin PS4 : Front : 265-30-20 Rear : 285-30-20 For rear I had to add -2.6 camber. Any questions, drop a comment below !
BBS is split into 3 companies. One for O.E, motorsport and aftermarket. BBS Germany majority deals with O.E. With the decline of car sales, manufacturers didn't need O.E wheels from BBS which left a lot of workers and products just stand around. BBS aftermarket such as the BBS LM has no issues and is doing well. There's more information on their website if you're curious.
@@TheDailyDriven i know its split into 3 sectors but i didnt know only the o.e. sector was failing. Thanks bro really appreciate it, thought the whole company was falling down
@@darrelradjendra3372 no problem. I know BBS was doing damage control when that came out. We actually filmed a video for BBS that came out on their RU-vid channel a few days ago. I'll be posting the behind the scenes of that video tomorrow.
Congrats on the new wheels and can’t wait to see how they look on your F80. Love the LM’s, also my dream wheels. I’ve had them on my F82 for 2 months now and I get crazy compliments on them. I can’t believe how nice they look. Check em out on my insta @bori_m4 from North Carolina.
Thanks man! I can't wait to get them installed. Just had them ceramic coated yesterday. I'll check out your page when Instagram stops crashing lol. Been down all morning.
