Diesel dont have SPARK PLUGS. U dont alot and come a long way man. Unfortunately I have a family, I can't go that fast in savings money . Congratulations

So happy for you Yousiff, I started driving semi, 2 months ago, and considered Hotshot as a fall back, but now that I am driving I could not give up the bed and the space. I am a company driver for now, glad I started that way, as there was/is so much to learn. The higher insurance prices will likely keep me as a company driver til the end of year. At which time I will buy my own truck too. Have fun

For an ISX keep an eye on the turbo with the actuator before 500k miles. Also the EGR valve and cooler which you can clean, DPF, SCR, oil pressure sensor....the usual stuff.

That's a fallacy. I don't have an apu, I have a bunk heater and if it's too hot or cold I idle. Never had an issue on my last four trucks.

Congratulations on tge truck but do yourself a favor and call the dealership and ask them for the repair history on that truck, important for you to know what if any repairs have been made or if any maintenance has been done to it, not having those records could end up costing you a lot of money in the long run (hopefully not), another thing set up a maintenance account for the truck, put a set amount every week away just for maintenance, it will help you out tremendously

Congrats man I wish you the best, like everyone else mentioned switch over to double wheels and invest in a APU so you don’t use up more of your engine life while your resting. Also get you a trucking navigation system and stay away from goggle I don’t want to see you in trouble with the laws in no truck zones or worst stuck under a low bridge.

jeepers, i sure hope with that "red engine paint and no spark plug" you better check out those "High speed Bumper bolts" they get worn sometimes; better to be safe than sorry. They rattle alot!

I've owned both. My current truck is the peterbilt. In my opinion you can't go wrong either way. My t660 had 1.2 million on a cummins isx. My peterbilt is at 700 thousand. Nice truck but don't like the automatic and the single tires.
