Basically it's saying which side means what. Like for an example if you ask "are you a male?" If green side lights up, it means yes. If it's red, then it's no.

@@kennethmills5580 Just like any exercise, preexisting conditions can worsen if the exercise is done incorrectly. The jaw is already a very strong muscle group, while the connections to the scull are relatively fragile; wearing a mouth guard while sleeping to align the jaw if you clench your teeth would be a better investment, or going to physical therapy to help correct issues. Just using it if you have problems can and will make things worse if you don't treat it like you were going to lift heavy weights at the gym. If it's treated casually then you could injure yourself.

at 10:30 . I don't think is a stupid question. Actually is quite funny to think about it. If you open a jar of air in vacuum space, it just dilute the air in bigger space. it won't be truly vacuum anymore. Of course the Space is not 100% nothing, so what would you get when you close a jar in space? this is funny^^
