The droids being cheap and clones being expensive? Wow it's accurate to the movies!

I bought 20 fake lego b1 droids and I must admit they are worth the price. Only issue is that joints are flimsy and blasters can easily fall off sometimes.

I bought 15 fake plain phase 1 clones along with a captain a while back. They looked pretty good and came with loads of different weapons. Very good for £14. However, the hands kept snapping and the heads were badly printed. Also the arms were a pain.

Gotta say the clones are my favourite, printing is a bit wonky but the cloth pieces are neat

For some reason, the only thing fake Lego companies get right is usually weapons-

Hey I bought some bootleg clones and honestly I really like how they look, some have more detail than authentic minifigs which I like. And also I don’t wanna pay $80 for just one minifig.

When I buy these Bootlegs, I tend to buy the ones that Lego wouldn't do. The World Minifigures Sonic Minifigures are pretty cool and there's this Armored Darth Vader that are possibly better looking than the official one (helmet comes in two pieces, uses a hard plastic case, and a chest piece to make the armor stand out more). And I think you have that one. I think I saw it when you were reviewing the Star Wars Minifigs but didn't mention him. Though there is one with some belt piece that I didn't get.

Honestly, I would just take the clones because some of them Lego hasn't even made yet, and like you said, the ones they did make are quite expensive.

The blue havoc trooper looks almost like captain rex, pretty cool.

If I was making stop motion Lego movies, I would get fake figs for larger scale battles and mutilated corpses.

I really like the star wars ones, I acutally ordered the General Grievous for like 2 bucks and he is almost the same as the original and the quality isnt even that bad. Great purchase in my opinion! But the other minifigs in this video dont seem quite good tbh..

Some fake clones are really good especially if they’re hard to find/nonexistent lego figures. Though keep in mind they can have some lead in them

I love those Amogus sets. They were cute for being cheap plastic. You should give Brickmania more money though, my dad makes their tank treads.

I once accidentally fell for a fake lego sale and the figures broke in the first 2 days!

I’m sorry but no one in their right mind thinks these are real, it’s just so much more affordable if you’re on a budget.

One time for Christmas my cousin got me Minecraft legos and the weren’t even any parts used to make the set! Just a bunch of fake bricks !

I fell for a similar scam a few months ago, I wanted to boost my clone trooper and droid army, but as a result I had a ton of really cheap and rough clone troopers and droids. I will say that I liked the army troopers, but mainly because of their guns, I thought they looked somewhat authentic and real.

The only fake LEGO I got suckered into was a group of army men when I was a kid. Haven't purchased any fake LEGO since and still kinda sour about it.

Once my parents bought me normal lego and fake lego so when i went to school they were tyding up in my room and mixed the real and fake lego in a box

I really liked they Star wars minifigures. They red colored ones were really good

The best solution is dealing or getting decaled figures commissioned for you. They're affordable and allow for consistency in your army.

I really loved the British colonial soldier. I think the cannon was really cool and the rifles and hats weren’t that bad either.

A lot of Lego Star Wars knock offs are good ngl. I mostly buy customs but sometimes knockoffs just for blasters and kamas, pauldrons and the arms since they usually have printing unlike Lego.

This was great, I think my favorite was the black military guy, because he reminded me of when I watched all those zombie apcolypse and police breakout stop-motions with SWAT members.

Good video on some awareness of the fake figures, still some interesting mini figs. I won’t dis on anyone for buying these but for me I don’t think I’d be able to bring myself spend money on them. In my mind it would just be like eh this could go towards a legit set or something. But as I’m a sucker for green I’d have to say the possible Captain Locke would be my favorite, and at least wouldn’t mind having the kids throw these around instead of going after my legit sets 😂

Tbh Lego with the recent Lego release Lego does not care anymore, misprinted helmets, whole on the side where there not ment to be and still using old molds for viser

Havoc squad looked good! I've bought quite a bit of fake lego. Some were great, others.. not so much. But the droids raked in some money reselling. And now there's a Kashyykk droid that looks fantastic that I want to get. Plus some other droid printing. I think that you can get some good clones too, but other minifigures? Nah.

My favorite mini figure was probably those clones at the end, those cloths looked pretty cool.

Tbh the red coats and blue coats now make me kinda want to make a red coat army also if you look hard enough you can find very good swat minifigures for quire cheap

My favorite lego minifigures was the first batch of Star Wars ones you showed (specifically Vader and Grievous) also thought the commando droid, stormtrooper and arc trooper were pretty cool

I liked the clones too. If your ok with the lower quality, I think they are great.

I got a fake Captian Rex that had the holes for his antenna along with more detail. The quality is really good and had a cloth Kama and Pauldron. The Jesse and S7 Echo also looked good and had no issues other then Echo’s arm (i’ve since ordered a CAC echo arm to replace the blinding white arm) That being said the 10 501st they came with are pretty dopey but I use them to serve as casualty/background extras in mocs with my official troopers. The current round of fakes is pretty bad though, the Rex knockoffs use the big chestplate part and lack the cloth bits that set them apart.

That last bit of clone troopers looked pretty cool.

Most of the time the mixed heroes comes with different one because it's a not entirely a copy right infringement. I've been buying a few knock off sets lately and love them for display!

you can get lead test kits in all hardware store so i guess you could find out if they have lead in the paint

Ngl those spongebob figures are good to look at if you're not up close and actually feeling the plastic quality. Thinking about buying some fie myself.

i bought over 200 shore troopers for a MOC, ive got a couple real ones like the polybag commander and the other ones. but damn it wouldve been so costly to go with only lego ones

7:49 Even though the quality is absolute garbage, I do like the detail that Iron Figure has. Usually for customs though I like stuff that Lego hasn’t made yet because if Lego has made it officially, I’ll just get the official version. One example of this is this Halo figure with an energy sword & needler I got from a quality customs maker recently. Sure, you’re paying extra but it’s so much more worth it to get ethically produced quality stuff from people who actually care about the stuff their making instead of cheap stuff just simply made for a profit.

The key is to buy the bootlegs from aliexpress because they end up being suuuuper cheap, especially when it's characters that LEGO doesn't make.

I’ve bought some pretty good fakes before. I usually buy some at swap meets so that I see them in person. Although they are fake, I know what I’m getting.

I bought an among us set on a Anime Convention, and it was worth it! I buyed 3 sets to combine them, only problem its the astronauts head its very weak and its prone to break when you apply too much force.

I do recommend getting WW2 fake legos because I have a ton and it’s not bad quality, sometimes you have to jam the arms and hands in but after a while it will become less and less tight

Most of the Fake Lego's that I have bought are good quality and are worth their price. Lego's are Overpriced and I don't Think they are worth the Price.

I have to admit I have purchase some for my son. I have found some are excellent and others are so awful. But you are right an excellent price but do keep them separate from our originals. I like the Star Wars cause that’s what we are collecting.
