I don’t mind these videos. They’re good to find a diamond in the rough. Austin, Matt, and Ken and other people in the crew goofing around during these also adds to it.
At this point, Austin's studio is literally just filled with nothing but internet dollar store items that may or may not work. He's gonna need to buy a warehouse to store more of them
new idea. Matt vs Ken vs Austin Kensie spins a wheel that has different products on it and Matt, Ken, and Austin each representing either Wish, Temu, or Amazon you each have to find the product and Kensie ranks them in a broke vs pro style so product, to price, etc.
Will never understand how people can be so sh*it-tier at managing their own money, this product is succesfull. I have never once not known what I spend my money on, and its pretty easy to know - Banking app on your phone that takes 4 secs to log into...Theres your statement.
I love how he just pulls a USB device from wish and without thinking just plugs it into his phone. Ya that probably wasn’t dead, but hey enjoy ur new spyware phone 😂
I bought my son the earbud cleaner thing 2 years ago for Christmas... he’s never used it once. BUT it looks like it could do a good job. Worth the price imo
Lets get some in depth device reviews and unboxings! What about speed tests, stress tests and durability tests. I always thought Austin Evans did that?
Just to let you guys know that knotted ball keychain is actually a weapon called a monkey's fist and it is illegal in California and most other states. Just letting you know.
Damn man this comment section is wild 😅 Austin and the team put in alot of effort to put these videos out. Appreciate it, or move on no need to be hateful. Love your work team keep it up, i live for mystery tech ❤
Do you have a massive studio and equipment? Have you tried clicking on something not related to mystery tech, maybe on of the reviews of new tech or maybe listen to this is and gain some insight into the tech sector. Needless to say, you also have the option to say nothing at all and find something else to watch instead of having a cry about it?
Was wondering if anyone mentioned that yet lol I'm pretty sure they're in California, and according to a quick Google search, they are legal there. They are illegal in a lot of states, though
Haven’t watched him in years and yeah he definitely changed a bit with the times. MKBHD still goes into detail with his videos rather than just general reviews
To be fair he does do multiple products per video, usually around 10. He reviews them fast. Other tech reviews typically focus on 1 product or a very small series of products coming from the same brand. So they really hammer on details about the 1 or so products. When austin does a review on 1 item he does go into detail. But vids like this, he doesn't wanna make the videos super super long so he does a small review and moves on
Seeing Austin and team putting themselves out there for us, buying questionable cheap stuff is really honorable. They sacrifice themselves to get scammed for us.
In fairness, Ali Express has everything from poorly made knock-offs to really expensive high quality products from known brands. It's also great for finding white box versions of things you find locally. It's also the place to get like a new fan for your graphics card.
I like how we put a NINE year old watch on a 3 in 1 stand and are surprised the watch doesn't charge properly. It's almost like galaxy watch charging changed up half a decade ago.
Thank god you didn't film the entire video only to realize at the end that austin wearing the umbrella looked like a chinese caricature of some rice farmer.
Definitely should be careful with temu/wish/aliexpress tech. My sister bought a fast charger from Wish that completely fried her iphone and melted the charging port
Please bring back actual tech to these, or go to regular Mystery Tech even if it’s less items do longer higher quality segments instead of “Ha ha item don’t work wish bad” or “ Ha ha item works a little, wish good”
@JasonTech96 You don’t need to stop watching to conclude what I said, therefore your comment is illogically misplaced. Though, I don’t watch it anymore, I just saw the Aliexpress logo and clicked on it since I order things from there exclusively.
I imagine there is some churn for tech tubers. Austin is likely doing what gets views (that he also enjoys doing). But this is like the 50th video I've personally watched of this theme. I wouldn't mind more variety myself but I imagine there's problems moving away from what works.
It would be amazing to see someday these big tech channels like Austin Evans, Tech Source Dawid Does Tech Stuff, MrWhoIsTheBoss, Linus Tech Tips, etc to make a huge temu unboxing collab and have a competition on who guesses the price of the tech goods the most wins a price!
oh yeah those wireless earbud power bank things you can find basically anywhere and the sound quality is quite bad wouldn't recommend for any price over $10
The gear series doesn't work with the magnetic charging pad it only works with the Original charging stand. Only the galaxy watch 4 5 and 6 can use that stand
The monkeyball self defense keychain gets held in your fist to reduce the impact and chance of breaking your fingers as you punch. You don't swing it, unless you make it bigger and put a rock inside it.
Holy smokes, I distinctly remember that I got those exact bluetooth earphones that looked like beans which came from Aliexpress. The sound quality was ok, but it's a tad bit too big and it broke after like 3 months, I think. So yeah, definitely not recommended.
I love your show I am 51 male and still learning tec an like to keep up to date I bought a I pad 10 and based o your reviews help make my choice I by it . Thanks and I like your review.
