Spend your cash as you please, you earned it! That’s how I see it. I like gear too but I’m going to pass on the r3, even though it has several features I am interested in using in my photography.
Please someone enlighten me. Why are you a pro if you don’t have the name of camera on your start. I find the canon straps in heat grind into your skin. I use a jet black strap which absorbs this.
Could you please do a video comparing the dynamic range of the C70 vs the R3? Would be very interesting to see, since both cameras are in a similar price range!
1. Good video…. 2. When you set up eye control. When it asks if you want to refine or exit, refine 3-4 times it will work flawlessly. I wear glasses also and it worked.
Thanks Dante! I guess it's not so much the accuracy but rather the use case. I think I need to get used the eye control AF because it doesn't come second nature to me. Using the smart controller does
@@samguw I had a canon rep go over it with me he said he didn’t do the refining and it gave him a headache because he was trying to force it. Once he refined like 3 or 4 times it was like butter
Please make a video going over the menu items and features of the camera. I'm still trying to learn the features on mine and the manual doesn't explain a lot.
R3 can record files on time in the body. Can HDMI output to an external screen? R6 cannot record and output HDMI images to an external screen at the same time
AHH I think that's my fault. Need to work on my sound editing. Tho the mic is actual very very flat out of the box. I guess more room for post? I'm not an experienced sound person so I definnitely need for practice hahha
I can say with 100% confidence, it's not as good for video. The C70 still has the edge is tonality and usability. But the R3 as a hybrid camera, is almost perfect
@@samguw i get the C70 has a gr8 picture. But as a one man band in front of the lens, i came to the conclusion the R3 is the best option. Some people are saying the video is pretty good on the R3. The C70, just has to many comprimises for a one man band operator and that cropped sensor puts me off big time.
