@Fl0w you would be surprised how much people believe a 330d with a M badge stuck on it makes it a M3 😂😂 and nowadays if a buyer seems happy with the car without asking questions the sellers don't tell them the underlying problems especially if it's a unofficial sale 😂I saw a vid when a man bought his boys cus he got ripped off and the seller bought his boys the cops 😂

I bought a remapped golf tdi. Seller said belt was “bang on”. Snapped 10 hours into ownership on the motorway 😬😂 learned a valuable lesson from that purchase.. thought I had a bargain

rod bearings shitting themselves at 30k miles isn't just "wear and tear". They should be fixing that for you, otherwise what's the point of paying for the warranty? Don't take it lying down, keep on hassling them every day and eventually they will cave.

Yeah the v10’s do that. Really messed up. Forgot the warranty company, there will be a clause in it saying maximum claim limit of £2000 or so etc. Go after the dealers. If you bought it from a car dealership limited company, they have insurance to cover losses like that. You have the legal right to a repair, or replacement or a refund minus the usage up to the point the car blew up. Don’t let them tell you otherwise. If a car develops a unexpected fault within 6 months of purchase then the law says the car is assumed to have been faulty as sale, unless the dealers can prove otherwise. Also don’t let them wind the company down if it were a small dealership they do that sometimes.

Save yourself some money and get an E46 or e92 M3, I recently traded 'up' to an F10 M5 and other than being fast it is a very boring car to drive. No sense of drama or occasion, feels VERY heavy, all it really has is a nice cabin and ridiculous speed WHEN it can put its power down, which it can't until atleast 30mph in hot dry conditions. Mines a family car so I understand the compromise but a dream car it is not!

Sp00ks V8 hi did you buy yours from bmw - does it have any warranty ? I was looking at the F10 but so many scare stories of complete engine failure out of warranty .

@@fizzel5711 Didn't buy from BMW but it has full service history and only 37k miles so I slapped BMW warranty on it which costs me £95 a month. Pretty much all high performance cars have horror stories if you dig deep enough.

@@tomtiffin it's a great car don't get me wrong, but it's not a drivers car, more a blunt but effective instrument. Devastatingly quick when you can put the power down, but in the UK even on the best tyres it hardly ever is able to. I have 2 kids though, and the space over my previous M cars is nice!
