After buying the cheapest Dodge Demon ever, I figured why not ALSO buy the cheapest Hellcat Redeye I could find at $2,000! As it turns out, it was a GREAT deal!
I have huge plans for this chassis and as of right now, they don't include cutting it up to rebuild the Demon!
What engine do you think I should put in the Redeye? Put it in the comments!

If I was too choose the swap for the red eye. I’d like to see a Cummins turbo diesel. Call it “Black eye”? I could see putting a hitch on the challenger and pulling the demon around to shows! Epic lol

You could always do the mother of all swaps the 6.2 LS engine! Would be a little weird tho, still a thought. You could also make it an EV, you could call it the electrocat or something.

I see a lot of people are saying the same thing I was gonna say 1. Swapping for a v10 viper engine. 2.Making it an awd offroader with a supercharged diesel cummings 3. Literally ANYTHING that is not a dodge magnum 😂 I would love to see someone not only put a fun engine in it but do a plymouth barracuda conversion bodykit. That would turn heads for sure. The possibilities are endless, but no matter what you guys do. I'm here for it. Keep up the great work and when i saw you cut the redeye logo I thought you were originally going to keep that fender, you were just casually destroying it to hurt my soul lol. Give us a warning next time for those who are faint of heart 😂😂

You should 100% throw a 426 striker in it with an r11 whipple or a demon supercharger on the top, forged heads, stage 4 cam, FBO, definitely pullies and injectors from a demon, and throw a 10 speed or, a 6 speed Manuel in that Mr. Beautiful car, amazing content, that demon badge would be amazing. Truly upsetting with what they’re doing to our precious violin gassers in new manufacturing.

I think good option for redeye is putting there corvette LS engine. If you change your plan of giving demon parts of silver hellcat, you can leave the silver hellcat, put in demon red-eye parts and make from redeye ''baggy'' (vehicle without roof or doors, but with cage. It's light but has many power). I'm from Poland so sorry for bad english language.

I do love MOPAR, and the challenger in general, you'll see if you check out this channel I have the 6.4l and the 5.7l challengers. I think an electric swap would be fun though and I'm considering it with my 5.7l. Edit: I'm the same poster as this comment, I post videos on this one though.

I would make a Drag Pak clone with that Red Eye chassis... Most of the specs are on the internet. Nothing like hearing a 345 Hemi at 10K RPMs screaming down the track.

I'm thinking: The 392 hemi you guys have in the shop (maybe send it off to High Horse Performance for new rods & pistons) a Holley Hi-ram, intercooler brick, roots blower, & a "Big and ugly" blower hat. Something like what Boostedride is building for their Dodge panel van burnout rig!

If you have the money, I’d go for the crate hellelephant 426, bay is big enough, there aren’t a lot out there, and it goes along with the Mopar theme. Best of luck with the project, love the videos. You’re the man!

That redeye chassis is asking to be turned into a 4x4 with a roll cage. Throw in something off the wall like a Porsche twin turbo motor, because why not?

You should rebuild the car back to a red-eye. It looks like you have enough parts from the other parts car. But to make it a little different, how about repainting it "curious yellow", "Y3", from the 1971 Plymouth color pallet. I would like the logo :) Another idea is to put a Tesla model S underneath the Challenger body. That be awesome too.

Into an old car is the best choice... I saw many who wanted it for newer dodges, this is not the engine they would want to use, definitely need an 09 up due to timing and so on. I've hemi swapped new cars, not the most difficult but not something most could handle.
