I picked up a rust free Georgia EK Civic coupe and slammed it on the ground after 6 months of debating what to do with it.

I'm from the north and I can tell you, there's no old civic as clean as this one ( under carriage ) unless it never went outside in winter or have been redone. Nice build! keep up the work man! I just found out that where to big bushing from the rear trailing arm bolts ( on my car ) it rusted out, so only 1 bolt hold it up. I kinda cried when I saw yours ! hahaha

A bro question still working on my 8th gen civic it’s hammered in the back it’s on 17 inch stock Acura tl rims and ya it’s fire looking but they rub when u turn and less I roll the fenders and Ryan them down and pull one as a 22 mm spacer then they’d be able to run perfect so I’m thinking trade them for 15 on a minor stretch tire and then lifting the car but it would still sit about where it is now and ride 100% better

Usually Ohio rust claims the lines but you can flair the filter end and I just clamp the tank end if I’m running new line but I’ve yet to buy a cell for anything

Have you ever used visegrips to limp a civic with broken axle home? Would clamping the broken axle actually work?

I tied that on the axle cup. Broke the vice grips. The problem is it doubles the speed of the working axle. So probably double the torque
