I came for a product review, but you honestly seem like such a genuine hard working guy trying to show how he’s striving to make his work better. I’m not sure if you’re content overall is exactly what I watch all the time but I really enjoyed watching you tonight and will be back!
Hey thanks so much for the kind words. I do like making reviews and install videos. I have my Jeep channel & a mountain bike channel and I like filming and editing just as much as riding or wheeling my jeep. Thanks for watching
Thank you for watching & your kind words. I really just shot all my videos from the hip. I have a mountain bike channel as well that I kind of do the same thing. Just be honest and tell bad jokes lol
Thanks for the quick review, I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking " all I need is one mic and one receiver" thank god DJI came up with it in a less expensive package. charging this set must be easy also ( I mean without the charging case) but I'll figure it out when my order is delivered.
Hey quick word of advice you can literally install it with the display facing the back of the camera. I know it seems like it’s not possible.. but it is. Give it a shot! Hope you enjoy it!
Dude I'm really happy for you, I can tell you're excited about it. The audio sounds pretty good, DJI doesn't miss on much. Now you have a lot of flexibility without worrying about if people can hear you. I haven't watched your channel but I'll give you a sub to help you grow.
@@ESBJeep we're always our biggest critics it's not bad at all. You just have to get used to talking to yourself 🤣😂🤣. Once you get comfortable you'll realize you're actually doing pretty good and we as the audience just like seeing people do stuff and having fun. Having fun is really the key. Trust me, you, me, and everyone else have actual seen wierd people on RU-vid and we still enjoy them.
I’ve been using my brothers expensive twin set of dji mics to decide if I want to buy a single one for my self, so it was good to see the unboxing of the single mic!
Awesome video sir! New subscriber. I've been working on getting gear to start my own channel, and this definitely cemented my decision for which microphone to buy!
After watching your most excellent video sir, I have ordered from DJI the DJI Single MIC 1 TX + 1 RX kit and can't wait to use it. My previous Wild Camp videos involved either just the mobile phone mic, or a long wired lavelier mic, which as you can appreciate was an absolute pain, to use with all the equipment I was carrying and the wind and cold. Hopefully this will make a massive difference to the quality of my videos. Liked and Subscribed
Glad my video was not as bad as I thought. This little mic is awesome and so freaking easy to use. I love how long the batteries last! Thanks for watching & the sub.
Thank you for the nice comment! I honestly love this mic, and I use it all the time. If the new mic from DJI connects to my new GoPro 12 I'll grab that one too!
Thanks for the review video. Did it ever get dropped due to clumsiness? As it is tiny in size, so was concerned if it would withstand 3-4 feet of accidental drop.
Never dropped it yet lol. It's very well made and works awesome. I really suggest it to anyone who wants great audio when using video for RU-vid. Thanks for watching!
Thanks. How tough you find removing the adapters from the receiver? Sometimes, I feel I am putting too much force on the receiver when holding it to remove the adapter. Was it normal for you also during the initial days? @@ESBJeep
@@mechanizer007 it does feel odd when putting it on or taking it off. It has not broken yet and I've taken it off multiple times. I think you'll be fine.
sounds great . i was laughing at you struggling with the packaging and the pouch ,ha . good review. not crappy 4 sure . oh and muff is funny also ha ha . its called a dead cat . 😁
Nice vid! I'm in the same boat right now. My question for you is, do you regret not buying the double unit with the charging pack? I'm thinking it will be worth the extra 150 CAD upgrade for the second mic and charging case BUT I'm interested in hearing what your thoughts are. Thanks again for the video, keep it up!
I really thought at first I'd regret only the one mic but honestly the battery lasts so long you hardly have to worry about it dying when you're recording. Also I don't even think about the charging case as the cord that comes with it works great. Also it is super small when traveling. Thanks for watching.
@@ESBJeep thanks for the feedback. Hmmm now you got me thinking. Will I use the second one for a second speaker? I am starting to interview others on the channel. Plus I see you can buy a second one for $130. Oh the drama. Lol. Thanks again for the feedback.
@@ESBJeep lol nice! I also saw a cool stereo function if you get both mics. Will be grabbing the two pack. Looking forward to trying these out in my feature videos. Thank you again for the feedback and video! Keep them coming!
looks great. I ordered mine as well. From all the comparison videos, the rode wireless go ii sounds better to my ears since they have been conditioned to the way it sounds from all the youtubers but all the features of the dji mic system seem to be more innovative.
Hey Awesome for you! Voice did sound better, like the whispering across the road to really show how it works for anyones needs. simple yet effective video. As for that "Muff Top" comment..... Blahhahah thought that was only a Red Deer AB saying 🙂
It just made it super easy to record while I am moving around or out of view of my camera. Your videos are far better than mine it's just the audio that needs work lol. Hey do you know a guy who can sell me a house? 😀
It comes with a great usc wire that actually splits so it charges the mic and the transmitter at the same time. Both parts have usc points in them. Thanks for watching
