Not sure how things are now, but it used to be possible. Not sure if Wish ships from the US now, but they started selling from China. It's been a couple of years since I used to spend money on cheap gadgets of questionable quality.

The big thing with Wish is that most people don't consider shipping at all. Phone costs $1 but the shipping is $20? It's shipping so it's fine! When in reality they just bought something for $21.
