Brands should really start creating bodysuits with built in bras! So many tanks and even dresses out there now that have built in support but no good bodysuit :(
i'm personally not a fan of shapewear but I LOVE the fits everybody boy shorts. I have like 8 pairs of those in black, white, and sienna. They did an outstanding job on keeping it sheer and light weight especially during the summer but my only issue is that the seams at the ends show through my pencil skirts and workout leggings 😭 I wish they had a seamless version so i can still wear more full coverage comfy lingerie without announcing it to the world
It looked like the issue with the body suit was that it was too short for you. Just another brand that makes clothing for "every body", but then forgets that tall people exist
Omg that’s exactly how I felt w the Yitty- like it should have been a bathing suit for an 8 year old! I couldn’t believe I even got it on my body!! Thank you for mentioning the seams, I have found that to be a problem too w Skims.
I’m 5’10 so I love love your reviews. I have yet to find a body suit that I like. I always find that I have to loosen the straps so much to get the length that I loose all the support up top. At least I can cross skims off the list.
Great video, I have tried Skims and have been underwhelmed as well, except for their boyfriend tee which is amazing. I have Tommy John underwear and they are nice as well as Aerie!

I feel the same way about skims. I purchased some of there stuff and was not super happy about the way they fit. The undies were definitely better then the bras for me as I had the same spillage in mine as well. I am hoping to find something I love but as for now I can’t say I loved them. Love your utube channel and love all of the reviews that you give to us.
Laughed so hard when you held the bodysuit up next to kitty. 🤣 Separate topic - would love to see you do a video on favorite jeans that work with your waist to hip ratio. I'm much shorter than you at 5'1, but have a similar delta (12 inches) between waist and hips (24 waist and 36 hips). I hate the sacrifice between getting jeans that fit my waist properly but it is clearly working too hard around my hips OR getting a good hip fit but dealing with gapping waist.
I prefer underwire bras for sure. I keep trying to get wireless bras because they’re so cute and I want to like them, but they’re never supportive enough or supportive in the right space or whatever and I keep having to adjust it during the day.
Ahhh this killed my soul! Lol same measurements as you except 5’10, more legs less torso & hips are 39ish inches. I’m obsessed with skims fits everybody bra and undies (the thong ARE def over priced you’re right) & the bodysuits 😍. All in all I think skims is just not the right fit for you ONLY bc you’re more on the conservative side as far as clothing, swim etc. But it’s great to address for ppl that feel more comfortable w/ more coverage and support. The lightweight undergarments are great for us in hot AND HUMID climates. 🥵☀️🏝 As far as the swim…I wasn’t impressed. I love almost everything skims except that. It was basic. TYSM for the review it was great to see your perspective!
I tried the Shapewear bodysuit everyone was raving about and honestly liked it for about a day. Throughout the day, every second it felt like, when I was walking it would ride up and give me the most uncomfortable wedgie, when I’d pull it out it go right back when I moved again. And having that much fabric turn into a wedgie is the most uncomfortable feeling. Will never order anything from skims again. Also there are so many dupes for half the price on Amazon.

Because people would be going back to SPANX the OG of shapewear and leisurewear... But that has much better quality than. Skims. Let's be honest how many people go out in public wearing shear skims shapewear? And if they do, they're trying to be someone they're not. An illusion of wealth aka a Kardashian

I agree, I've been underwhelmed with this line, as well. I'm a 32 DD bust and the tops are not supportive, cut into my skin, and don't even look good under clothing as shapeware should (always showing seems). Not worth the money, total hype.
The first bodysuit is too small for you, the next size would be perfect. There used to be a company called Body Wrap Shapewear. They were incredibly similar to Skims. The fabric seems identical. They disappeared round about the time Skims debuted. I wondered if they are the shareware are company that makes Skims, and shut down their own brand to go into business with Kim.
I also was super underwhelmed with Skims, I’ve tried the bodysuit on at Nordstrom and did not understand all the hype it gets. The material in the bras are super thin and I could not justify the price.

It looks like you need to size up in the shapewear. You can really see that it’s too small for the girls. It goes so low below your bust like you said. I would be interested to see how the size up would first. Thanks for the review !

I like wearing loose bralettes for lounging because I want some nip coverage but I don't want tight bands or straps or undies? All my undies should be comfy always 😂
