A story as old as time... Two brothers, the eldest, Jose Barretto, was born just 8 minutes before his twin, Robbie Barretto. That small, insignificant fact would play such on their lives, that if written about in ancient Greece, would have been a myth worthy of the direct observance by the Fates themselves. Jose would run the mile 8 seconds faster than Robbie in their middle school, setting a still standing record. Jose throws a fastball that is consistently 8 MPH faster than Robbie's, despite Robbie's improvements. And with them both pitching in the Major Leagues, Jose is the starting pitcher, ostensibly for 8 innings, whereas Robbie is a closing pitcher, left only the 1 inning. And this was their life, their Fate. The Eldest Son leading the charge, only for the younger brother to finish the battle. A tale as old as time... But not this time. The Barretto Bombers were separated by a cruel twist of fate; The MLB draft. With the collapse of the Colorado Rockies bullpen in the World Series, and with a similar trajectory for Colorado's young ace Jose, the Rockies were dazed and left in the darkness. 8 days. 8 days before the Rockies GM made the move to reunite the Barretto's, moving Heaven and Hell and undue the cruel fate, (a few insiders speculate that some league rules were....finessed) and the darkness might now be breaking for the dawn... Of the Colorado Rockies winning 10 straight World Series. Go Rockies!

These offseason episodes are the only reason i dont lose 30 players before spring training, restarted my 1st two franchises before i got to the 1st offseason episode, didnt know anything about mlb constract until the 1st offseason of the series, im almost caught up to real time 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I did a Rockies franchise and Elehuris Montero Hits well above what his stats would suggest. He's a great pinch hitter/platoon player. The only issue is he doesn't feel particularly well. I played him in left field and he did okay. Mostly he's a DH / first baseman. I like him a lot though
