TheOriginalElkstone Yeah, pretty sure it's one of the D-pad buttons iirc. I haven't played the game for a while so I don't exactly remember but I'm pretty sure there's a button for it.
A long time ago, two Icelandic kings descended upon the Battlefield. Armed with C4 and Defibrillators, they trolled and dominated all who dared camp before them. Their reign was unchallenged as other games were broken by the hands of the Kings. But alas, their conquest has halted, and fewer games are being broken. It is a sad day for RU-vid, but there is hope that one day the Kings shall return.
The reason for the water-running animation was because if you keep your legs in, it increases drag, and if you run while pulling your leg out on each bound, you can counter that and increase speed.
I like that you're getting sponsored! Don't let anyone say "sell out" or whatever.. I personally, am really glad that you're ABLE to get sponsors.. Glad you're doing well too! x
WE MISS YOU ON BF4 MAN! I know you don't want to go over that territory again, but damn man. Those are such great videos. I love your I Broke series though too. You're great. No denying it. Keep up the good work homie. Good luck in the new year! Thank you for all of your hard work.
MrAertt5 i tried the Demo on the ps3 and even at that the game broke it self already. in the EU playstation store it's $6 it came with all the avatars for it and a dynamic Theme, even though i know it was made by a people who made a game for the first time... i guess, but to be honest it's still not worth $6. i saw and played games selling at only $2 or $5 and enjoy them more than Unearthed.
When I played the game for the first time and saw the animation of when Edward runs in the water, my first thoughts were: "Oh boy, Birgirpall and Banzaii is gonna love this!"
Apparently not. There is like 3 glitches in this video and all but the cat were just animation bugs. None of which were game breaking or had any affect on the gameplay at all.
consoles were practically made for gaming, so its natural they would be less glitchy, not better just it does its job because that is what it was made to do
TheZenStar16 The amount of glitches has nothing to do with what system it's playing on (except some graphical ones), it's down to the game's engine and such. Console games and PC games are equally as glitchy, anything other than that is due to bad porting from the developers, and not down to what system it's running on.
TheZenStar16 that doesnt mean anything, if the game has a bug, it can happen both on pc or console, ofc console versions are more stable, not because the console is made for gaming, is because THE GAME has been made for that particular console, thats the problem of pc versions, they need to make them compatible with the most system they can, and thats why normaly pc versions has better graphics, cuz u can upgrade a pc, but not a console :3
Hewoki1 character model clipping happens in every game, i mean the stuff they was doing with the models going weird, like that one enemy that was twisting when on the floor.
Oh gods, I'm never going to be able to watch Edward running in shallow water again without hearing that song. XD You guys have totally made my day, these vids are hilarious.
MrHendrix17 well, youtube DOES automatically subscribe new accounts to like 20 channels, one of them being pewdiepie. plus he caters to younger kids... and there are plenty on YT
Before this vid, if you asked me to name some AC Black Flag bugs, i woudln't be able to think of any. You managed to make a video out of them. Respect and subscribed
This whole series has gone downhill ever since Revelation was published. I'm so sad, I really liked the first three games (Brotherhood was okay but a bit boring) and then Ubisoft proceeds to fuck the game series in the ass ;_; Anyway, this video perfectly sums up my feelings for this game!
It's because AssCreed became a "once a year" cash cow. They go for spectacle and safe bets over substance and originality. I am of the firm belief that when a work of entertainment, whether print, film, or interactive, goes from a labor of love, where risks and creativity are front and center, becomes a sequel-after-sequel franchise that exists solely for profit, something is lost. I understand. It's a business, profits are the #1 concern. I just wish that the art of creating something new wasn't marred by the fear of "we have to sell 20,000,000 units or I might lose my job."
Torcularis I completely agree. I wish things could be different but unfortunately they never will and I'm sure of it. At least most indie companies produce games that made with love and that are fun to play. I couldn't find anything in AC IV that I could say that I liked. It's a shame, I really wanted to play a good game after the ending of AC III but instead Ubisoft wanted to bring out this pirate crap and I was stupid enough to buy the game knowing what to expect. Actually the most fun I've had with AC IV was when I watched this video. It's sad, so very sad.
Lol, there are only 3 "good" AssCreed games. The first one, Brotherhood and this one. The first one because it's actually about assassinating people, brotherhood because it's a much more polished version of the tailing-simulator that is asscreed 2 and lastly four because it's just a pirate game with the asscreed brand slapped on it. Everything that is bad about this game has to do with the asscreed brand.
swiftly as a ninja AC IV is a very good pirate game but in my opinion it doesn't really fit under the Assassin's Creed franchise anymore, just like you said. As for me, I like the first two games the most. I've noticed that when Ubisoft started working with the multiplayer mode for Brotherhood the quality of the actual single player game sunk like a rock. It's understandable because working with a multiplayer takes a lot of time and effort but I would've liked the game more if that time was used to enhance the single player experience (same goes for Revelations, AC III and Black Flag). Of course the drop in quality can be explained with what Torcularis said before, and that is the fact that producing Assassin's Creed has become just a way for Ubisoft to make money. Ubisoft is not as innovative and original as they used to be. They just keep making games for money which takes something away from the game.
Murilo Curotto if i was in a hurry? yes. you lift your legs high because to move them in the water is a massive waste of energy (due to there being higher kinetic resistance in water than in air). if the water were any higher, you wouldn't even bother doing that funny looking run. keep in mind that even though it's shallow, it's still in wet, soft sand. which is like quicksand under water at times. Iv'e seen plenty of people run like that at the beach. it looks stupid, sure, but if you wanna get from "A" to "B" in a hurry, without feeling like you ran all the way to "Z", that's how ya gotta do it. (drunken sailor music not necessary) lol
Murilo Curotto yeah. it's always a challenge, big or small, to convey ones message rightly so that it's not misunderstood. I'm no specialist on "stupid looking running" but from what i see, people running in shallow water more or less look like that. actually most look even more stupid when their legs flail out to the side because the don't lift their knees high enough but still get their feet out of the water.
I've been avoiding everything to do with AC4 because I don't want to spoil it before I play it. But when I saw this in my hat to watch list, I just couldn't resist.
Please, PLEASE, break Call of Duty Ghosts. It's an already so much broken game that you won't need to do almost anything to LOL at everything you see! XD
