This was probably the sweetest Corridor Crew video I've ever seen. Especially the last two portions. Goodness, I was getting in my feels and everything.

Jake's a true friend. He may not be able to completely restore the bow to its original state (as he said, it can get out of hand real quick), but he's making a genuine effort. Edit: (Upon finishing the video) Well, Jake's a damn good fletcher. As said in Skyrim's capital of Solitude: "Fletching suits me."

I mean, it's not like Adrian was fired or killed, he's just leaving for "reasons" and is hoping to come back some day. I like all of you guys, and I like seeing the behind the scenes at the studio.

You could tell Jake was really sorry. His taking responsibility is really admirable. And Niko's handling of the situation was perfect. This team is amazing

I know it’s not a small task to make these videos, so I just want to say thank you for making them. They provide a great break in the day to see these awesome friendships and projects taking place within a great group of collaborators and creators. And seeing simple things like the goodbye to Adrian and the continued effort at fixing Niko’s bow really shows that you guys care about one another. It really is more than just a behind the scenes show. And yeah it has characters and dramatizations, but really I come to see the genuine struggles and successes of you guys as friends and collaborators. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

I can only wish that I had friends/colleagues that are as supportive and caring of each other as you guys are. It seems like the only "friends" I've ever made feel it's necessary to insult each other to an extremely personal level ALL of the time and just treat each other like garbage in general and I'm not really a huge fan of that. I know that this is only your guys' "public face", but regardless it still seems evident enough that you all genuinely support each other and I wish I saw more of that in the world when it comes to friends.

This is a really sentimental video. It's clear how much Niko cares for that bow, and to watch the precision and time Jake takes to fix that damage really is a testament to his character and their friendship. Plus you guys had a small but meaningful sendoff for Adrien, it was cool. I really felt your guys' friendship in this video.

Dude I'm not joking that after being subscribed for years, I've literally never noticed you had a "Corridor" channel. I ALWAYS thought this was the main channel for your videos. Also Rot bangs. And I have a lot of other videos to go through all of the sudden.

Often when a thread or screw is stripped you would drill and tap it out on a bigger size and use bigger screws if the casing on the one wheel would allow you to do this or there are helicoils either option would work a lot better than tape .

This could be the best corridor video of the year. Wholesome and heartwarming.

I can only imagine Niko's heirloom bow is a life long literary symbol that reflects his character and integrity. Similar to a motif, Niko's heirloom bow is a reminder of himself. As his bow grows with age, history, and experience Niko grows with it. The bow's performance also tells a respective story. In times of hardship and tragedy the heirloom bow fails to hit a bullseye, and in times of victory and valor the bow shoots straight always hitting its direct target. When Niko loses a friend he splits his own arrow down the bullseye. Just a quirky idea but sounds like an impactful object or action to use for symbolism.

Yay, ROT was my top recent favorite when it comes to great narrative in a Corridor Digital video! Glad that it is getting so much deserving attention.

I think Adrian leaving kinda sucks. The man broke his collarbone for our entertainment's sake, it's somewhat likely he wouldn't have done that jump if there wasn't a camera involved. But then you need to remember this is a documentary channel, not a scripted story show. It depicts the company, and if someone joins or leaves, that's just how it is. You guys are people, not characters, and I think your audience knows the difference. Maybe Peter was somewhat of a character, because you actively made him into one, but I think the recent cameo with the Spider-Man work made it clear he was still a person. I (and hopefully everyone else) can't expect you to hold people hostage and prevent their progress in life/career just because they're popular on this channel. I can't believe this is even a question.

Sir Wrender, the best way to fix a Stripped screw port (learned this through several Nerf Mods) is to put super glue into the Screw port then screw the screw back in and let the super glue cure, it will settle into the threads and hold on so when you absolutely need to you can unscrew it. keep in mind that over multiple break downs and take aparts the glue will crack, meaning you will have to apply more, but it should hold for a couple of months.

omg, it all came full circle. I actually didn't even realize that video had been put out until I saw Mark's video on the fan game. I don't know if it was just my subscriptions screwing up or what. Definitely good idea to give props to the game dev for some additional publicity. This is probably one of the most wholesome Corridor Crew episodes that's came out in a while.

Hey @SirWrender, I know it might be a bit late to respond (and by now its likely someone might've already said this) but if you still have issues with the stripped out screw holes on the onewheel, or if you run into them again in the future, you could try repairing the hole with something like either a time sert or helicoil, and/or possibly use a bit of loctite to help hold both the thread repair and the screw in place. In case you haven't heard of time serts or helicoils, they're basically threaded sleeves that screw into a hole slightly larger than the original hole and have an internal threaded hole the same size and thread pitch as the original screw, allowing you to essentially replace stripped out threads, provided there's enough material to drill and tap into.

Legit one of my favorite videos of yours due to the friendship and Jake fixing it and seeing Niko smile and then step up and offer to let him shoot it. Beautiful. Also, just gotta say, at first Wren threw me off, but I think he brings a positive vibe to the channel that no one else does (not that others arent positive, but Wren exudes it). I think Corridor could take a hit by losing him. And of course OG staff and founders too :P

Wren to your request for ideas for stripped screws. Bore out a slightly larger space and 3d print threaded inserts that can be epoxied in. In the event the thread strips again you can replace the insert without further damage to the one-wheel

If you're worried that your video's don't respect people who are leaving.... just make sure to respect them while they're there. This bow video is a great instance of that. You guys made an admirable fix. ... but there's always room for more. Niko, Sam, Brandon and Freddie were the original players here once upon a time, but any day they could be gone, like Freddie. As long as the moment's in between are special, nobody's going to lament their leaving, because the end is just one event in their time. Vlog's are great opportunity to say hello and goodbye to a person who's sitting right in that room. If Wren were to leave tomorrow, we'd all lament him leaving, but we wouldn't be thinking about how he chose to leave or what happened for long. But we'd be looking up those mod video's and crazy edits forever, and remembering those long hour days he puts in. If Jake left we'd all know he's got a lot to do out there, but we'd be remembering him being judicious and fair, fixing that bow, but also the solidarity he brings to so many video's by taking the initiative and getting a lot of the tough jobs done. Put the love into those moments, not the ending. Appreciate them while they're here, not when they're leaving. The bow's a perfect example. Jake did a great job fixing it. But I found myself wondering, if it means so much to Niko, why not get a fletcher? Why not talk to the right people? Why not spend the resources? Why not enhance the thing? Sure it might be expensive.... but that's content. Jake put in the time to fix it, but there's a story there that could've been. Before this Vlog channel existed I never knew a thing about Niko's attachment to bow's, archery and such, but now I laugh a little harder watching him play the Sniper in TF2 skits and more. Just respect those moments as opportunities because most of what you guys do is just highlight little bits of life and make video's out of it. Those moments matter more than the end. People remember the random high's, not the end. You asked / didn't ask / regretted asking but... that's just how it feels from this side, which, admittedly, is the standard overly-entitled RU-vid commenting. So... just sayin'. It's what was going through the brain during the talk.

Really nice video. Quick comment: the Fletcher is the one who makes the arrows. It's the Bowyer who makes the bow. The arrowhead is made by the Arrowsmith and the bowstring is made by the Stringfellow. Still a very awesome video. Really shows the camaraderie and friendship they have.

Hey Wren, depending on the type of screw you are using, you may be able to use an epoxy of some sort (JB Weld or something alike) to fill the hole. Afterwards you can drill a pilot hole for the screw and re-tap it if required. Otherwise, maybe it is easier to find a larger screw and re-tap the existing hole.
