However, having Inuit as primary cultures, Greenland and Siberia are also options, oddly enough, despite the latter being released from Russia, not even in North America. Greenland in particular is able to form Scandinavia instead, if that's the route you want to take. Siberia, although by far the largest and strongest "Native American" nation, is only releasable after having researched Pan-Nationalism, not unlike Israel.

Day 170 of asking for an Oranje Free State Playthrough of Vicky 3...It's surprising how long it's been now in retrospect.

There is an easier way to do power plants then clicking on the map and going to each individual state. From the regular building menu it gives you the option to build in different states. I would suggest just choosing to build 1 or 2 in ever state then add more when you get warning saying a state has a shortage. Then if you want to switch the logging camps to electric you can click to switch them all and any without electricity will come up for the warning and you can click exception so that it only changes in states with power plants. As for the front line and troop pathfinding issues, they have been a huge known issue since 1.5 came out and you seem to have to just deal with it until they fix it. Be thankful none of your armies got stuck with no path to move anywhere, then you have to disband them.

need to say that there is are way easier ways to form it with prussia or with austria, so u can form it around 1855. u just need to form Germany first, Prussia or Austria will join in to form it, when u are on friendly terms with them, so u form "great germany", then u take switzerland and got enough states to form "The Holy Roman Empire ( as a monachy, Pan-Europ as presidential and so on)" with a bit bad luck in rng it can take till 1860 to form it.
