The reason why Donovan Mitchell wasn't making All-Star games or All-NBA teams in your Cavs sim was that so many players from draft classes became better than him and also his teammates were stealing so many of his touches (bc they had high overalls too). Both of those problems could be solved by making injuries back on - you should reconsider that idea for NBA 2k23, as you'll probably make a lot of historic sims and rebuilds, so making them more realistic should be a goal.
