Really nice. 🔥Clean and simple but effective. I like the outboard gear built into the desk. Though even better is the PC setup just to the side. I’ve always like the idea of having a music production rig on the side of the gaming/editing PC. I’m assuming you picked up the Scarlett 18 for future proofing? Or do you generally work within that many inputs?

Haha yes I spend more time at the PC setup which is ironic because it's kind of shoved in the corner 🤣 I edit all my videos on there for both my RU-vid channels and work there so I spend a lot of time at that desk! Yes mostly for future proofing. I've got 5 different signals coming in and out the back at the moment but left some room to expand 👍
That was my biggest concern! So far so good. The building is pretty good with noise isolation but on top of that, I'm on the top floor so there's no one above me. And the layout of the flat is perfect because the spare bedroom is in the middle of the floorplan. So on the left is my bedroom and the right is the living room. So all the surrounding rooms next to the studio are also my flat which makes it much less problematic too. No one has said anything so far. I don't play mega loud and in the evenings when I'm mixing etc I tend to just turn it down a bit too
Thanks Rob. The Mac mini, speakers, analogue gear, mics etc are probably about 7k. My pedalboard has about a grand's worth of pedals on and then the guitars are the most expensive stuff really (obviously the average person doesn't need 7 😅). So yeah in total probably about 20 but a lot of it is stuff I've upgraded over time. You could probably put a whole setup together for under 2k on a budget
