This is the best build yet by far from a castle fans perspective I love it also thanks for signing my shirt at brickworld Chicago it was the classic space one!🎉 also I want more fantasy/castle videos
It feels great to see you used a historical Hungarian castle as reference. The castle of Vajda-Hunyad is one of the prime examples of 15th century Hungarian architecture. Unfortunately due to WW1 and WW2 this castle belongs to Romania today, but fortunately due to EU open borders, it's easy to visit anytime.
Thanks Brad! It was a lot to get done but I think it turned out well. Kinda wish I had more space for a bigger battle and interior for better lore. Maybe next time haha
Just WOW…. This is probably the best castle I’ve ever seen mate…. Knocking it out of the park is an understatement! I’m so gutted I can’t see this in person:(
You both have SERIOUSLY outdone yourselves this time around with this possibly being your most ambitious and amazingly paid-off build to date! Couldn't help but imagine this existing in an Assassin's Creed universe with them climbing the architecture 😎
This looks amazing. This is what I have been noticing in many castle mocs and it is that almost always it is only light blueish gray castle color. From artist perspective it looks kinda flat. Lego doesnt give us many options but I think there could be way to integrate light brown shades and greens for weathered effect wich would do some contrast. Also window frames iguess? Its amazing, but I think legos color options are holding amazing moc builders back❤
2:39 Dude, my heart started pounding when those Windows sounds kept playing. I thought there was something wrong with my computer 😂 Also, like we Finns tend to say in ashtonishment/disbelief: "joo, morjes" this MOC is freaking cool. I love it 😁❤❤❤
I just gotta say, building this in 3 weeks is insane, throughout the video you just casually mention how you build something and I'm just thinking, damn this deserves way more attention. the trees, the ground layout, the rock work and that top section of the castle deserve a lot of recognition. Great job man.
Guys, this is phenomenal! Love such a great detail level for such a powerful scale of the entire project. Visitors wil have a great time as I myself would love to see it in person as I'm sure videos and pictures don't do it justice.
This is seriously amazing - definitely my favorite build you’ve ever done! It’s always great to see such a large scale moc that has tons of detail and nice techniques all over the place.
this is absolutely epic! I love seeing a castle moc that isnt just blank grey walls, you really put some great detail in here! I appreciate your dedication man, keep up the good work!
The Moc and the Keepspecifically look amazing. I would more classify it as a church / cathedral style building, but that doesn't take anything away from the amazing look and detail.
This is actually so amazing! You have ignited the spark in me to go and build a castle moc, and the way the collab worked is cool aswell, I should do something like that with my friends. Overall, this was a very inspiring vid!
Amazing to see! I'd need a whole LUG to build this with! Understandable why some parts don't have detailed interior. Especially with the time constraints. You make up for it with sheer scale. I do mid-size builds with detailed interiors, but when I do scale up, you show some great ways to get a big build without having to detail the entire interior.
The castle turned out great!!!! Sad that I won't be able to see it this weekend! Can't wait to see on everyones' insta posts and stories! F... send me some photos! .
Ok that was a banger the video was so good that you have inspired me to try and build my own Lego castle (even though I don’t have that many brick) keep up the good work❤
Amazing . You are a GOAT Je suis littéralement estomaquer devant tant de talent c’est superbe je veux plus de contenu castle J’ai beaucoup aimer ta vidéos , seul bémol tu as vite zapper la fin tu aurai du mettre des lumières et filmer un peu plus quand tu as finie Sinon que dire tu as beaucoup de talent
Not putting “massive” in the title is extremely humble considering how large this is! Even just looking at the thumbnail I knew this would be a banger!
How did you prepare to build this piece wise? As a fellow moc builder, I feel like I'm always running out of pieces during my builds, despite having a substantial collection and a fair bit of piece estimating beforehand, and have to wait a week or more for a bricklink order to show up... Hopefully I'll be at Brickfair and can see this epic moc there!
