I built a CAT TOILET / STOOL 

Love all the comments about cats "missing" the box. Yes, they do, especially when they're bigger and don't have room to go in the center of the tray. They're forced to use the edge. I would put a puppy pad under the tray and if it's big enough, fold the edges up the sides of the box a few inches. If she misses, easy to clean! Love the box, beautiful kitty.

Suzy is very pretty, congratulations on this addition to your family. I am a cat person and I love projects like this. I have two cats. One of them would love to have a stool like this. She could sit comfortably on the soft cushion and wait for my other cat to go in or come out and whack him on the head with her tiny and delicate paw. Not so sure about the colour though. How do you see where... you know. It's the same colour?

First, congratulations! 😻 Suzy is absolutely precious. Your craftsmanship is top-notch as always, and the final product, while not as beautiful as little Suzy, is quite handsome. As another lifelong cat person, I would second the recommendation to add some waterproofing to the interior to protect the wood from accidents. Also, although I know you were only showing us a demonstration, I hope that you keep at least enough litter in her box to keep the bottom covered even after she makes a few "piles," and scoop out those messes at least twice a day for such a small box if it gets used frequently, otherwise once a day is the absolute minimum. I'm saying this because now that the box is hidden from sight, it will be too easy to ignore! If you should decide to repeat this project in the future once Suzy outgrows this stool (SPOILER ALERT: kittens grow up and get larger!), I'd also recommend for the next entrance height to be the same height or up to 3 cm taller than the edge of the inside litter box, so that when she jumps in, there's no chance she will land and put her weight on the litter box to tip it or get her legs stuck between the door and the box. For the same reason, the litter box should either be kept right up against the door, or have a "landing" space in front of about 15-16 cm. Then there's the height. It won't be based on how comfortable it is for humans to sit anymore, but how much head-and-tailroom Suzy needs to feel comfortable. This will generally need to be up to 48-50 cm unless the cat is a giant. Again, this applies mostly to adult cats, especially larger ones. Suzy doesn't look like a Burmese, so maybe she's got mixed heritage, which means she'll likely be much more healthy than any purebred cat, but more importantly, it means you can't guess how big she'll get. She actually seems to have more Ragdoll in her than anything else I can see. That's a _big_ breed. Just letting you know. She's gorgeous!

The hinged lid offers great access for managing cleaning the cat box, and the cushioned top makes a great landing spot for the cat owner. I love your design. Both of the models I had opened from front rather than at the top. If I still had a cat and you offered this on Etsy, I would buy at whatever the price. Great design and workmanship!

From my experience (my cat is 17 years old): when they get older, they sometimes "miss" their litter box, especially female cats. So I commend you to make the whole inner part water-resistant. Maybe with a foil or so. Otherwise the cat pee could cause damage to the wood.
