really awesome build but the most impressive part is "no thumbnails this is really annoying" rather than grumble and moan you reach out create a goal and then fix the issue for the betterment of everyone, Nice work dude its people like you and other talented creators that will eventually make this game great and something we will all love.
Yeah the game is trash anyway... You know how much time he pours into these extremely detailed builds? Already if it wouldn't be for move it, this thing couldn't be made. And we're talking about "mods" or rather mechanics that should've already been in the base game lol.
@@maiku3741 TBH I really don't think custom train stations is in the scope of the vanilla game, there's a loooot we can say about the game and complain about, but I don't think this is a very good example
I'm pretty sure that was all a part of the devs plan from the beginning... release the most basic game and let creators create content to boost their sales for free.
Love this, thanks Sully. Please make some more content showing off customisation as it becomes available. Skylines 1 was so raw and empty on release, not even snow or night mode, but no-one remembers that. 2 will grow and expand, but we need folks to show what's possible with it. Surely we don't want them to cancel or stop development on 2, but want it to become as varied and customisable as 1.
Fantastic build Sully! I'm always learning something from your videos. I like how you push the envelope of what people expect is possible in this game.
aahh man, you are the real MVP for this game man.., This is mindblowing! I am just too scared for your builds, don't want any update to ruin these precious gems!!! Keep it up, and keep the hype for this game growing!!!
I love the creativity with all of the assets available. I can appreciate the time and patience it takes to put all of that together but it really makes the city more unique.
Sully this is incredible work! I'm still blown away by this build, had to come back and see it again! Definitely some good inspiration in how to customize cities in CS2!
Awesome. only one thing missing though. All the sim people do is move from one location to another. What would be icing on the cake is to see them using the assets. Like sitting on the seats and having a rest. going to the shops and picking up groceries, going to restaurants etc etc
Your work is realy aawesome ,you are very creative minded, the best off all builders i saw on youtube .you need a lot of patience to build this ..i hope the game not kick your out or crashed wen you was busy . i give you very big like ,and looking forwards to the next video.👍👍👍👍👍 ,i shared this video in the facebook cities skylines 2 group,so more people will see your work👍👍👍👍
Thanks for the amazing Idea!! I'm trying to do something similar, but I'm having a very hard time with assets and MoveIt regarding heights. After I have everything set up, if I need to put new assets near or on top of others, all the previous assets go to a floor level. It's really frustrating! Is there a way to avoid that?
Unreal how much time you needed to put in for that kind of detail. This is why we are waiting on pins and needles for the asset editor so artists like you can build us assets like this. Sully, you are a gem, and are such a bright point for this game. I am personally having fun playing and learning new techniques all the while avoiding the negativity. Please keep up the good work.
Also from a preview of the asset creator they showed, you have the option to have the assets "click" to each other with sides connecting and things like that. Would make this 100x more easier.
This build is just awesome, I loved all the techniques you've used, all of this can be used in tons of differents buildings: stairs, storefront props, underground parkings, upgrades buildings...the list is really huge! My favorites ones are the custom small building you made and the stairs! It's amazing how they looks natural and part of the game! To all players: don't be afraid of taking a bit of time to detailing and customize your cities, thanks to modders it's each time more broad and with content creator such Sully inspiration and good tips are guaranteed!
Thanks as always for your support Dome! And glad you enjoyed the build. Yep the storefront props are such an incredible asset and allows for so much possibilities, really does remind me of PO in CS1 🙌
outdone yourself again mate, honestly, didnt realise how much moveit was going to open things up, findit, with your icons (and the picker functionality will speed the process up moving forward) and if procedural objects hits soon its the next mod thats going to have a profound impact on the game.
This might be one of the most impressive builds I've ever seen, congratulations. I can only hope that you get the recognition you deserve, I'm gobsmacked that you don't have more subscribers.
I think that you could build a section of the station track at the ground and raise it to the height of the platform. I don't know if a quay exists for it, but if not, you are building the entire station around it so just make the building a bit larger and hide the ground. Then you can set the platform to the level of the doors without the railing. Beautifully done and I love the creativity.
Greatly appreciated the work y'all are doing with find it, putting thumbnails to props and buildings, finding the right thing now won't require hrs and hrs, thank you.
GREAT attention to detail - also add a metal fence between the tracks, right in the middle, and some clocks on the top platform, perhaps on the tall lamp polls (near the staircases where commuters entre/exits )
hi i have problem that us customary units (U) wont change to metric even i select it and says its metric but when im in game its us customary units (U)... help
You're probably already aware, but if you're not, check out Sunny Scunny video on how to keep photo mode settings while playing. The settings he uses makes his city look like absolutely stunning and I'm sure yours would look even more amazing too! Great video Sully ❤
It is nice to meet you sully i wish you well. And also want to welcome you into the community even through you've posted before. But I hope you become more of an occasional RU-vidr because I really want to see your content more regularly. You are awesome and loved❤.
You are a GOD!!!!!!! That was one of the greatest builds that I have ever seen. You just shown us the POWER OF CITIES SKYLINES 2 vs CITIES SKYLINES. One could never have done something like this in CITIES SKYLINES. (Yes CS2 is a broken game that does not make a whole lot of sense in places I know). You and Mike Builds are fantastic TEACHERS showing us that with a little patience and time one can do fantastic stuff with what you have now. Please keep up the good work and PLEASE SIR I WANT SUMMORE. 😃😃😃😃!!!
Wow. How many timestamped thumbs up I'd given while watching if I could. So many amazing details and such creativity with using all of the material provided... I'm flabbergasted.
After the update i can't play it. It's full of bugs. Mods not loading, random crashes if i click on moveit icon or just random. I'm so done with this game for now, Its sad. Excited for the mod with Images absolutely necessary. Now the game needs to be stable! Compliment for this build.
I like the look of the elevated train station you've made. It's very impressive! But isn't there a way to create duplicates of custom made buildings, which are made using different assets?
Absolutely stunning build again! Just a couple quick questions while I'm at it 1. Could this be done in the asset editor and saved? 2. Couldn't the stairs be copied and pasted and then rotated?
Your build looks awesome and I wanted to build my own train station, but I don't own the ultimate version and didn't buy the dlc earlier. So is it still possible for me to get the pack for free and how?
I see that the assets foundation are stil on the ground. I hope that they make an option where you can make the Concrete your "base/ground" even so to create a seemless second floor in your builds and also to hold water to not get through and people also will walk on it and not through it.
I think this kind of this is amazing but none of us are gonna go build this one in our cities it’s just not worth it… right. Like I want it in my city, but there needs to be a way for you to upload this as like a move it file to to the workshop in the future.
