I just started on my ps4 and it took me a few days and like 7 deaths before I finally get geared and some decent guns.I ended up at a place called tissy I believed. Little did I know that’s like a popular area to get sniped. Plus I didn’t put a stash cuz I didn’t know how to navigate the map well.still don’t. But that’s exactly what happened. Find a bunch of stuff at the military base and get one shotted. Now I’m taking a break cuz it took me like 3 days to get that gear and stuff.

Nice base Nezar. I would love to know where this is so I can build similar on the server I play on. Been running around for about 1.5 weeks scouting locations. Since they have the chainsaws on my server raiding is a blink of an eye. So this location may help keep the goods safe a few days longer….if you care to share town name 🤙🏽

OK , it's not extremely modded like here in 28 dayz later , but you can have canna growing / selling , new modded weapons , new modded places ( but no modded builds , only static and non movable buildings , like new little towns , modified buildings on the map etc ) , modded Z , and a few new wears. But it's basic , pretty simillar to the vanilla standalone base game , and fortunately players do things to grow up the fun like playing roles to replace the machines ( dealers , shop , medics , etc .. not only on RP severs ) you can enjoy a lot but not so like on PC modded servers ( so many wonderful creations , when you try PC version you can't go back to the standalone console version of DayZ , or just if you dont have the choice ^^' ) See how the game run well on lower PCs , it's a shame to pefer the console version if you have a middle quality PC ^^ ( i run it on a old HP laptop , with a i7 2nd gen and a intel HD graphics 4000 , and with (only) 6gb Ram , and the game run pretty well on it ! ) Sure , i can'tplay on high or ultra graphics settings , but with middle settings and low for the shadows , i have no lags and it's vert playable ! ( and funny thing : it's better than old gen console version, more beautiful than the ps4pro / one version XDDD ) I hope someday Bohemia interactive will add the possibility to mod more the servers , with the ps5 / series X / S next gen consoles there is a lot of power added and the game run extremely well on next gen consoles , so i think it's possible , but for this they have to separate old gen and new gen players , ps4 / one players will play on a slideshow see how the framerate drop with the vanilla version on this gen when you are in towns or little cities XD So i don't imagine if the server had a lot of modded constructions to load in addition , you will never go upper than 5 fps ^^'
